Must be, surely? If not, are they getting paid to... hang out? You can't have compulsory social events unless you are willing to pay your staff for it - it counts as work if it's compulsory.

What I would guess is happening, is it's not compulsory but they are making an atmosphere of inviting people over etc, and then people would not want to say no as they don't want to be 'left out' or have it affect their 'career'. So they end of having to go along, it's basically compulsory.

As someone who suffers with migraines (laid in a dark room throwing up for hours) these influencers drive me mad. Louise has one tonight, she's in bed with an icepack on her head, instagramming, curtains open and cats crawling all over her. It's a headache, you idiot, not a migraine.

The amount of tit she is chatting here is unreal.

Her days are varied, yes, sometimes she goes to a garden centre, other times she goes to get doughnuts, and the rest of the time she is sat watching something different on her massive tv.

She hasn’t been developing the app, she invested in a company that basically funded others to develop the app.

She never bakes anything, certainly not banana bread, that would mean she is eating fruit which we know she basically never does. Also, get home from work. duck off. You work from home and you don’t even do that these days.

She might not take her phone to the bath but she does set her laptop up with Netflix while in the bath.

She has an Electric teeth flosser, seriously? How lazy can one person get that they can’t pull a piece of floss between their teeth without a machine to do it for them.

Filter or no filter? Well, she posted on Instagram about being more “real” and not worrying so much about filters and such, but she has a filter app to shill so she says filters.

Digital detox, she’s barely online as it is, she can’t detox much more. A juice detox would do her the world of good, clear out the carbs and junk.

This interview is beyond embarrassing. Honestly. She's basically saying she chooses to live her life as a hermit at home (and not due to any debilitating illnesses, etc). She's just lazy. Zoe's days are insignificant and she doesn't like to challenge herself despite all the opportunity at her fingertips. Instead of reading books, or researching for her next project (sticking her face to a brand--which is easy enough as everyone else does the work--doesn't count), or making travel plans, advocating more in regards to mental health instead of a quick shoutout, working with charities... instead she just lives on her couch at home. No wonder the Zalfie relationship is at a stalemate and hasn't progressed as the years go by and continues to regress.

She is really ruining her body. She's not getting younger so I don't know why she thinks eating garbage food 24/7 or not even being able to maintain a regular hygienic routine with all the excess free time she has is something to be proud of. Not when she has time for a bath (to soak in her own filth for hours on end) but isn't able to cook a homemade meal? Really? She probably thinks it's quirky but she's 29 y/o. A fully fledged adult. She needs to get some perspective outside of her bubble/minions.

She’s trying to be relatable talking about the most mundane things when in reality you can enjoy your time home picking up some interest here and there and not sounding like the most basic millennial ever.
