I think braces aren't a big deal to be honest. It's Invisalign I assume? That's the annoying bit. Someone I know got train track braces before she got married and the teeth moved in 6 months but she had to have a big metal plate in the roof of her mouth! Zoe would never dream of something like that. But if she had had the normal train track braces she'd be a lot more relatable and perhaps inspire others to get theirs done too if their dentist had recommended it because not everyone can afford Invisalign. Her young audience I mean, as if you get braces under 18 on the NHS you don't have to pay. I went to see how much Invisalign would cost for me and my teeth aren't that bad, my dentist has never suggested braces. Over £2000!
I mean if it is cosmetic, I feel as though she wouldn't have put it off. But I do think her teeth are fine as they are. I've never noticed anything wrong with them.

Yeah but saying it over and over isn’t going to change anything at the moment!
She seems to have an unethical therapist who is still seeing her despite the fact that she is basically a hermit! I don’t think this therapist really has what it takes and the fact that the therapy is remote doesn’t help. Zoe has found a therapist who listens to her and humours her, but doesn’t seem bothered about the fact that she is still seeing her for the same problem so many years later.
It’s definitely something that she should have thought about more seriously before having children besides deciding that Alfie will have to deal with it. If Alfie gets ill as well as the girls, she can’t expect him to clean up. I think she is in for a course of involuntary exposure therapy!

Yeah she would really need to find a phobia specialist and pay privately.
I think she actually finds it convenient as a reason to tap out of things and that’s why she hasn’t sought the proper treatment. You have to want to get better.

There are so many reasons a “car podcast” is a horrible idea. Safety is at the top. You have the seatbelt issue sure, but then the bigger issue: distraction. They will not be focused on driving which should be the top priority there. It’ll be on constantly making sure camera/audio are good (even subconsciously), having conversation flowing (so not focusing on environment), and then of course the idiotic laughing they do (so let’s close our eyes while driving!). Then you have how wasteful it is - driving around to record. Why do you need to be in a car? It’s not like with teenagers who do this shit because they have no free space, these are adults with plenty of places to have a private conversation, the ability to pay to go to a set location if need be, it’s all just so stupid.

They also would have done some shit to pass them off as a business expense at least partially - either usage alone, or even usage and ownership since they put the damn thing in content. Like you can bet your ass the Nissan was 100% used as a write off since it was the subject of a video for Alfie. To them it’s like us buying toner for the home office, their work supplies just happen to be a lot more glamorous. Nothing like rich people getting all kinds of tax breaks and freebies (like all the gifted shit).

She’s seeing someone who (whether private or not) has done nothing to help her, and instead almost seems to validate her and keep her set in her routine. She hasn’t changed despite apparently years of therapy at this point.

I wish she would sometimes talk about the hard parts of parenting, she has such a huge audience it's almost crazy she doesn't address harder issues and makes out it's all sunshine and roses .. I found it almost refreshing when she mentioned she called poppy in tears when Ottie was sick.. like oh she's not super human after all!

I don’t think they ever will because using them for financial gain and plastering them all over sm without their consent is fine but apparently talking on parenting struggles is a step too far!
