They like to exaggerate every aspect of their lifes. There’s no way she was an addict, she probably did coke a few times at parties and was hanging around the wrong crowds like a lot of teens do. I think she shakes because, as she constantly likes to remind everyone, she barely eats then drinks a tit tonne of caffeine and smokes. She is actually quite consistent with her shaking, unlike Eden who just turns it on and off when she wants a bit of attention.
