The poor kids, they'll.all end up taking packed lunches! Imagine, slop and a.wedge of mash with salad 😂
Really annoys me that, they're meant to be on "holiday" - yet they never even treat the kids to a meal out?! I know it can be expensive to eat out, but it's Butlins, not the Ritz! How expensive can it be? It's not like they don't have the money. What's the point in going away and eating the same food that you're making at home? Might as well not go. Poor kids have grown up with these "holidays" thinking that this what a holiday is like  It's really not. Even peeps who don't have as much money as Helen & Danny manage to save up and treat themselves, splurge or spend on things that they wouldn't normally - THAT'S a holiday!

Treating the kids would eat into Danny and Helens socialising fund. They wanted loads of kids, the kids are fed and clothed on a budget whilst mum and dad enjoy full prce alcohol and an active social life with their mates and buying endless dead and dying plants.

I totally agree!!! My parents didn't have a lot of money but when we went on holiday we ate out for most of it.

Same here Rachy! Our big holiday was to Spain every year, we always had a great time and ate out all the time - great memories made. I doubt my parents had as much money as Helen & Danny, they certainly didn't have the big fancy house the Wrights have - but my Dad (bless him) worked all the hours god sent doing labouring for building sites, and my Mum was a cleaner on the side ;) They saved, and made sure we had the best holidays, we lived like Kings for that 10 days a year  Still remembered to this day, nearly 30 years on, and they are both gone now:cry: but man, the memories are great. That's why it really bothers me when I see these two being so stingy - absolutely no need for it.

We always went to Spain too, great family holidays with brilliant memories! I learned to swim in Benidorm, found out I was allergic to horses in llloret de mar and watched the sand being brought in to make the man made beaches in magalluf in 1973! Mum and dad always made it fun for us in the day, they had one or two drinks in the evenings after tea. Feel sorry for Helen’s kids having to just make do all the time while they have all the treats !

That Sunday roast looked like a dogs dinner! 🤑

I don't understand why she cooks extra vegetables on Saturday to use on the Sunday roast, why not just prep extra for the next day and cook them on Sunday. No wonder her meals look dry or burnt ,how many times are things being cooked and reheated

Saves on gas/ electricity I’m guessing ? She said it’s it’s taken two yrs to save the money for Liams trip so I’m guessing her allowance from Danny is pretty tight and none negotiable?

This is where her spending habits confuse me, she doesnt meal plan, she seems to buy lots of sugar and fat filled foods lots of dead plants but there doesnt appear to be budget restrictions on hers and Dannys socialising, budgets seem to be for the kids. I do wonder if Danny restricts money to keep them reliant on them, the older the boys get the more the cracks show. Camron is a year younger than my boys,I think very little has been done to encourage them to mature because both psrents seem to want control

I think they've purposely kept them 'young'. I've noticed that for years - that's why they still get Easter baskets I think. Cameron and Olly are definitely delayed mentally bless them. I have a family member the same age as Cameron and the difference in them (maturity wise) is crazy. They still call Helen and Danny "Mummy and "Daddy" and it just creeps me out - don't know why, but it does.

That's what means the most, the memories that were created when we were young. My parents definitely didn't have as much money as Helen and Danny. My parents rented, had no cars, yet them pair have a house, a car, a motorbike. It was always exciting to eat out on holiday because it was different to normal and felt like a proper treat. A holiday meant a holiday from cooking for mum. Their kids hardly ever get to eat out.

Latest shopping haul vlog, she's buying bits to add to the yellow sticker things she has in the freezer that she's planning to take way with them on their holiday, jeez Helen loosen the purse strings a little! Imagine turning up to the caravan and unpacking a load of yellow sticker stuff you've had in your freezer for months, there's frugal........then there's Helen!!

I see she also bought the aldi knock off pringles to sneak into the club house on an evening to save buying crisps and snacks from the bar :ROFLMAO: probably orders the kids one coke with 4 straws.

Incredibly sad to me that they can't even stretch to ACTUAL Pringles on holiday 😂 😂 😂

Can't even treat the kids to a bag of chips on holiday...

By the looks of it they could stretch to alcoholic drinks for themselves though

I think it's lovely that Camron still wants to spend time with his family, however I do find it a bit strange that he's not off doing his own thing with his friends, or is that just me?

My son has autism and is still very child like and vulnerable god bless him, I wouldn't have him any other way and he loves family outings, however me and my husband also encourage him to be independent and have time with friends etc.

I think it’s Sherries sons that Camron hangs out with ? You’d think they would be off doing their own thing instead of hanging out with parents.
That in itself is so odd , they don’t seem to have friends outside of this closed group.

Camron will be 22 this year,he drives and works. I think Helen has 'babied' him to an extent that he's easy to control but allowed to mature enough so he can baby sit and work.
