L - Veg soup and a piece of buttered bread
T - Tuna toastie and homemade chips with salad

Snacks - Yet more quality street lol

Tw low calories (yesterday)

Breakfast: chocolate porridge
Lunch: cheesy pepperoni subway (6 inch)
Dinner: about 3/4 bowl of Mac and cheese, brocolli and peas
Snacks: smoothie, grapes
Drinks: water and one coffee

B/ oats and peanut peanut
S/ chocolate rice cakes and a nakd bar
L/ chicken bites and smoked salmon on toast
S/ pb on rice cakes
T/ chorizo penne (hello fresh)
S/ maybe just some fruit later

B-2 pieces of toast, butter and jam
Lunch- instant noodles. yoghurt.
Tea will be-toast, BBQ beans and fried egg.
I have plans to eat some Reese peanut butter cups and chocolate jammie Dodgers after I get back from my gym class.
Water, tea, green tea and Pepsi max for drinks.

B: Hazelnut coffees with almond milk x3
goat cheese on whole wheat x2
snack: 1 glass blood orange juice, clementine, small bits of chocolate cereal
L: goatcheese and basil ravioli+cheddar+garlic+pesto+salt and pepper
D: same salad as last night then a green tea.

I had 2 oat milk coffees in bed then drank a berocca while doing a HIIT workout..
Brekkie: a banana, a choc chip brioche bun and a cup of tea
Lunch: sweet chili chicken pasta salad and a can of Diet Coke. Had a protein yoghurt about 3pm
Tea: steak stir fry with veg and noodles
I’ve got some chocolate orange digestives to have with a cuppa later 😋

I’m on the higher dose of my medication today (titration) for anyone that has adhd the first few weeks on any new meds KILLS your appetite, hold tight though as it does come back and it does change your life.

breakfast: slice of toast with Nutella
Lunch: cheese and crackers, two choc fingers
Dinner: small bowl of chicken stew with okra, cherry tomatoes, celery and brocolli and a slice of bread
Snacks: choc orange truffle, smoothie
Drinks: coffee and water

B/ this isn’t bacon on an English muffin and an oat milk coffee. Choc mint protein shake.
L/ minestrone soup and bread.
D/ I’ve made a big pot of curry with a duck tonne of veg, seitan, lentils… and rice. Very hungry, can’t wait til it’s ready.
Snacks/ a caramel snack a Jack, gross cereal bar. Might have some flapjack in a bit.

Leftover tikka masala for dinner, it’s a slimming world recipe.

Teriyaki Salmon with micro rice and roasted tomatoes

A few giant skittles

2 x coffees, 2 x teas, 2 x Pepsi cherry, a gingerbread latte from Costa and water

B: OJ, chocolate cereal bar and coffee (have no time/appetite for breakfast when I'm at work as mornings are the busiest and I can't imagine eating before I leave as it's too early)
L: a ham and cheese sandwich
S: tea and 2 smallish homemade cinnamon rolls (heavenly!)
D: seafood linguine
a litre of water and 2 cups of nettle tea
Not the healthiest today and definitely not enough food so I'll try to eat more fruit and veggies throughout the week and increase my food intake as I tend to forget to eat when I'm busy working :(

About to have a packet of ringos and a mint biscuit for snacks.

Lunch: homemade soup and a sandwich thin, satsuma
Snack: couple of Percy pigs and a chocolate orange soreen bar
Dinner: Vietnamese baked fish with coconut rice and pak Choi, and some itsu gyoza

Breakfast - Apple juice and a coffee
Dinner - A breakfast bar and a little satay chicken pack from Sainsburys
Tea - Two beers in the pub to celebrate my partners new job offer.. and then I was going to go home and have a big healthy tea.. until I walked past a takeaway and the smell brought me in and I was very hungry so got Sausage, chips and curry sauce

Back to eating real meals tomorrow!

Yup same boat! One of my lectures is 12-2 so it really fucks over my usual routine. It really unsettles me😂

Lunch: Greek yoghurt with a teaspoon of biscoff spread mixed in, apple and a raisin brunch bar
Dinner: lamb casserole, lot’s of veg. Crusty bread for dipping 😋
Snack: a tiny piece of warm cookie dough pie

2l of water, 1 cuppa and a can of coke

My manager keeps starting meetings at like 11am then you don’t get out until 2/3pm and my stomach rumbling is louder than him talking yet he still doesn’t get the hint 😂

B: smoothie (oats, blueberries, yogurt, milk, protein powder).
Lunch: a mixed bowl...rice, kale, refried beans, avocado, beet salad, chicken, and a dressing. One of my fav things to eat 😂😂
Dinner: Shepard's pie
Snack: hazelnut chocolate.

Peri peri chicken pita with sweet potato wedges and salad
