What I eat in a day

B: hazelnut coffee with almond milk x3
2 slices of whole wheat with goat cheese
snack: clementine, 2 bread crackers, chocolate cereal
L: basil and goat cheese ravioli+pesto+garlic
35 minutes of cardio - 350 calories burned at least.
D: Will be some tea or fruit.
Still have some heartburn from lunch, I think I'm going to lay off the pasta for a while.

B-small bowl of shreddies and a chocolate chip swirl
Lunch - egg and cucumber roll, orange and chocolate soreen and 8 ritz crackers
Snack-3 dark chocolate Brazil nuts and one Reese peanut butter cup
Tea- .will be tomato soup and bread roll.
I then will have a pumpkin spice bagel if hungry tonight
3 green teas, one tea and lots of water.

B/ yogurt fruit and a seed and nut mix
L/ poached eggs on toast
T/ not sure really, maybe some protein pancakes- I fancy something sweet lol
S/ oat milk flat white and some rice cakes with pb later 😁

Feel really tit today so decidedly lacking in anything delicious lol

B - Rice krispies and a banana
L - Chicken soup, a few animal biscuits and a strawberry jelly
T - Cheese pasta with salad

S - Nothing but sorrow and despair 😅

Monday :
b- coffee w/ starbucks caramel macchiato coffee enhancer crap
l- leftover broccoli gratin. hot chocolate
s- peanuts
d- taco salad . ( taco meat w/ romaine / cucumber/ sour cream/ shredded cheese/ crumbled tortilla )
s- tea.

Breakfast: slice of toast and Nutella, caramel latte
Lunch: cheese and chorizo on crackers, two Oreo’s
Dinner: brown basmati rice, stir fry rice with sugar snap peas, carrots, spring onion and steak
Snacks: choc orange segment, grapes
drinks: water and coffee

L 2 fibre one bars
T 4 cream crackers with cheese
Water coffee and mango pop

I just don’t have much appetite at the moment, am struggling to eat this. I had covid in July and my taste is still not right and changes frequently . I usually love fruit but this week it tastes off and veg is bland, last week I could taste more and loved them

Lunch: Greek yoghurt with a teaspoon of biscoff spread mixed in, with apple and a raisin brunch bar
Tea: chilli con carne
Snack: toffee yum yum

Been rubbish with day time food the last couple of days.

Had a jammie dodger, apple and peanut butter before tea. Then steak with home made chips, mushroom, tomatoes, peppers, rocket and goats cheese.

After tea I had half a medium sized toblerone and watermelon iced lolly.

Few coffees, couple of teas, peppermint tea and a Pepsi cherry.

Banana and some water first thing as I didn’t have time for anything else before my first meeting.

B/ creamy miso mushrooms on an English muffin, oat milk coffee, mint chocolate protein shake (which I drank throughout the morning)

L/ minestrone soup and bread

D/ leftover curry and rice and a can of cherry coke

might have a jelly later

L: carrots and houmous
D: seabas with brocolli mashed potato

Omg yum yums are my fave

Same as yesterday morning, oat milk coffee in bed then a beeocca while doing an EMOM workout 🤢
Brekkie: weetabix and ss milk with banana and honey
Lunch: quorn pieces, cauli rice and stir fry veg with soy sauce, garlic and chilli
Tea: chicken curry with rice, mango chutney and a slice of garlic bread
Snacks: grapes, a piece of toast, pack of fridge raider chickens and a galaxy
Loads of water, a can of Diet Coke and 4 teas

L. Packet of oat biscuits with onion cottage cheese, guacamole and hot chilli sauce
d. Salmon with rocket and courgettes with Parmesan.
snack. Blueberries with plain yoghurt, oats and honey mixed.

i’m on a mission to loose a stone and right my wrongs from the weekend!

2 eggs scrambled, 30g slice of sourdough and 1 chipolata

bbq chicken salad with tomatoes sweetcorn and coleslaw

Peri peri chicken pita with sweet potato wedges and salad

syrup sponge pudding with custard when bake off is on
No sponge pudding or custard for me! Instead I had 4 mini millionaire bites from M&S and a milkyway lol

1pm - crap instant coffee (forgot to buy coffee beans for the machine 🙄)

6pm - maple and pecan danish

8pm - quorn dinosaur, avocado and halloumi salad. Glass of soya milk, maple and pecan danish

Orthodontist appointment today …I was not fun 😳

Really struggling with my eating at the moment, I’ve been isolating (free tomorrow) and I’ve just ate like a pig 😂 will need rolling out of isolation at this point

Breakfast - felt so sick so didn’t have any
Lunch - chicken lettuce & mayo wrap
Snacks - peanut bar, 2 or 3 roses chocolates, mr Kipling biscuit, apple and about 3 cups of tea
Dinner - sausage egg and chips
More snacks - bowl of shreddies

If anyone has any tips on getting my snacking back under control let me know !!

Lunch: scrambled egg with whole wheat toast
Dinner: sheperd's pie
