What I eat in a day

B-2 pieces of toast with butter and marmalade
Snack-3 Brazil nuts
Lunch- butternut squash and sweet potato mash, sweetcorn, quorn nuggets, broccoli. 2 homemade fairy cakes
Early tea( as super hungry and couldnt wait any longer) -2 pieces of bread with jam and butter. One babybel light. Small packet of pretzels. 2 fun size packets of skittles.
Have drank 2 green teas, 2 teas, a banana milkshake and lots of water.

B/ bagel thin (one side smoked salmon the other peanut butter- no not together lol)
L/ roast dinnerrrr

Probably just going to snack on some fruit and some of that flapjack from yesterday- ridiculously full😂

Sausages, scrambled egg, bacon, black pudding,
Sourdough toast and 2 mini hash browns

Shared some Stromboli with my boyfriend which chorizo, basil, pepperoni and mozzarella in - 👌

chicken gyros with halloumi, salad and a flatbread

Millionaire bits from M&S and some chocolate flapjacks lol. Weekends are always so terrible for me! I need to cop on and stick to my calories otherwise I won’t get anywhere
That breakfast sounds amazing :love:

B/ vegan ‘full English’ at a lovely cafe
L/ soy latte
Snack/ flapjack
D/ we’re getting Wagamama because it’s our anniversary.

Have bought loads of fruit and veg and planned meals for the week so hopefully next week will be less of a train wreck 😂

L - More pizza, alphabites and hoops looool
T - Tomato pasta, homemade garlic bread and salad

Snacks - More quality street (tehehehe) and choccy cake and custard

A roast chicken dinner with roast potatoes, a stuffing ball, a yorkshire pud and veg
A party ring cupcake, courtesy of the child 🧁

2 teas, 2 coffees, squash and water

B: 3 coffees hazelnut flavored with almond+hazelnut milk
goat cheese on whole wheat x2
Lunch: spaghetti pasta with pesto and garlic and cheddar then a clementine and kiwi.
D: small bit of blood orange juice, green tea. salad:spinach,tomato,chickpeas,chia seeds, protein powder,tumeric, cucumber, garlic, vinegar, olive oil.

B: porridge and a cup of tea

L: a shake. I grab this when I absolutely cannot be arsed making anything for lunch

D: spinach and feta tart, potatoes and rocket salad

Snacks: salt & vinegar ringos and mini milky way

Brekkie: banana and an oat milk coffee
Lunch: full English (sausage, bacon, beans, fried egg, mushrooms, hash brown and a piece of toast) cup of tea and an OJ
Tea: crispy chilli beef, peppers and coconut rice. 2 glasses of Prosecco
Just had some coconut mochi and a cuppa 😋

Breakie: 2 slices of toast W butter
Lunch: 2 mini chicken tikka samosa’s
Tea: rump steak W tenderstem brocolli, mushrooms and crispy potatoes
Snacks: a handful of raspberry milk bottle sweets. 2 loaded red velvet brownies

drinks: 2 l water, 2 cups of tea, half a bottle of Aldi espresso machiato iced coffee, caramel latte

12pm - almond milk cappuccino

2pm - veggie fry at a local cafe (ate half and got a disapproving sigh off the husband), coffee

9pm - cheese and red onion chutney sandwich, mini apple pie, glass of soya milk

Two weeks of peace and quiet starts tonight 🥳🥳🥳
 
Yesterday
B: Greek yoghurt with squeeze of golden syrup
L: crisps and half pot guacamole
D: at friend's house
Prawn cocktail (that I made and took and assembled there) 😋
Chicken/ leek/ ham pie topped with potatoes and cheese, broccoli
Cream and meringue roulade with mixed berries
Tea, water throughout day and wine with dinner

So yesterday I was hungover and got a massive takeaway, but when I’m hungover my eyes are bigger than my belly so I only ate half of it. Today I will eat the other half and that makes me very happy.

That is all I have to say about my diet at the moment 😂

Will have a leftover chicken thigh soonish for some more protein and a fun size pack of maltesers
