What I eat in a day

Brekkie: 1 weetabix with milk, banana and strawberries
Lunch: piece of cod with cauliflower rice, peas, tenderstem broccoli, spinach garlic and sweet chili sauce
Tea: homemade veggie soup with cheese on toast
Snacks: grapes, an apple, a packet of fridge raider chicken and 2 scoops of Ben and Jerry’s

loads of water and tea

B:3 large coffees with almond milk, mini pain au chocolat and mini croissant, mini chocolate chip cake.
snack:green tea
L: sandwich (brown bread,avocado,half a tomato,mozzarella,olives,garlic) with a side salad. raspberry yogurt with some collagen powder, madeleine, 2 small ginger biscuits.
snack: blood orange juice, small apple, caramel coated peanut bar
D: Black truffle flavored mashed potatoes (same as last night) + 2 sausages+some olives
dessert: probably a kiwi.

B: Rice krispies with whole milk
I worked through lunch :(
D: Chicken and udon noodles in orange sauce
S: 2 chocolate biscuits

3 cans of diet coke (yes, I'm an addict lol) and a cup of black tea

b- overnight oats
l- chicken sausages and veg
t- that bleeping salmon and rice again - it’s gorgeous
s- rice cakes and pb and some greek yogurt later!

Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover sausage pasta and some mini party rings
Snack: mini flapjack bite
Dinner: five guys little cheeseburger and fries

Cheese and ham toastie
Chicken thighs, halloumi and one of the deli kitchen Greek wraps which are delightful!
3 double gin & tonics and counting
Lots of water

11am - almond milk cappuccino

3pm - quorn ‘chicken’ slices and avocado 🥑 sandwich, soya milk

8pm - halloumi fries, chocolate soya milk

Still can’t sleep … completely rearranged the kitchen and pantry much to my husbands confusion ☺

Yesterday

B - nothing.
L - half a cheese sandwich, half a bag of sun bite crisps and can of diet coke.
D - small portion of chips.

I had such a bad day yesterday. I went to visit my MIL and I eat tit there 😅

breakfast: biscoff spread on toast
about 2ish: mini cheddars
6pm: 2 packs of mini cheddars
7pm: 2 cup cakes & a 4 finger kit kat
9.30pm: salt and pepper box from the chippy

4 cups of tea, water throughout the day & a can of coke

Yesterday I had:

brekkie: a bagel with peanut butter and banana
Didn’t have lunch was out all day
Tea: a bbq chicken pizza and a shandy in the pub 😂
Snacks: a packet of fridge raiders and an apple
Had 2 bottles of sol, 2l of water and 2 teas

B - very large coffee with almond milk creamer
L - toasted plain bagel with butter and slice of marble cheese
S - pickle ,peanuts , almonds
D - romaine w/ honey dill dressing and pork souvlaki . A Diet Coke with vodka

Yesterday

B - cornflakes and oat milk
L - tomato/roasted veg soup and bread
D - jackfruit Thai ‘fish cake’ type things with coconut rice. Greggs donut for dessert.

L - Burrito Wrap with Roasted Sweet Potato from Arco Lounge and Jam Donut from Greggs.
D - I'm stuffed so I won't be having dinner.

Snacks - 3 pieces of Cadbury Fruit and Nut and a handful of Flamin' Hot Cheetos.
Drinks - water.

I’ve started intermittent fasting so eat between 12-8pm only. Really enjoying it and feel so much more in control after years of gorging.

L - a Gousto meal we needed to eat. Harrisa mince and feta mash
D - shop bought breaded cod, oven chips and mushy peas
Snacks - nik naks and a muller corner

B/L - ciabatta roll, hash brown, chipolatas, bacon - fit
D - Bella italia takeaway, pizza and calamari
Had a slice of banana bread too

all in all it’s a great food day for me😂

So far today.....
Breakfast-1 slice of toast with jam and a cup of tea.
Lunch-Seasoned chicken with veg and roasties
snack-a angel cake slice, 2 packets of crisps and a Twix (Aldi dupe), 2 glasses of water.
