8:30 am - Caramel Nespresso Coffee Skimmed Milk
Breakfast 10am- Banana & Apple
Lunch 1-2pm- Asian Mince with sesame seeds& sugar snap peas & pepsi max (no sugar)
Snack 4pm- Popcorn
Dinner - Will be later on this evening & Chicken Kormas on the agenda tonight
Kiwi yoghurt ! I’m from Ireland , never seen that before sounds nicebreakfast: porridge
Snack: Mango
lunch: turkey sandwich, kiwi yoghurt
dinner: roast beef dinner
Pear crumble for dessert!
