This did not work out for me. On the way to brush my teeth I made a cup of decaf tea and ate a chocolate bar firstBreakfast - Glass of apple juice and a coffee
Dinner - Cod bites a cup of tea
Tea - Chicken roast
I’ve also drank about 1 litre of water today
Really want some snacks but might go brush my teeth and get into bed to watch tv to stop myself

A packet of veg crisps from aldi dipped in Moroccan hummus
Water, 2 more teas and a can of Coke..
Might have some cheese and crackers later if I’m still awake to watch vigil!!!

I've eaten absolute shite today but not every day is like this.
I won't eat now for the rest of the day cos of eating shite all night every night making me feel rubbish
