Lunch- Sea bass, vegetable rice and cherry tomatoes
Dinner- FOGA shake
Snacks- Large Mocha (Costa) and 3 x rich tea biscuits
Am having my gastric band tomorrow (not a real one- a hypnotherapy audio thing I bought...nothing to lose except some weight eh.) so will be interesting to see if it makes any difference.
Never heard of gadagado salad- just googled and it looks so nice12pm - cappuccino
2pm - mini cheese and onion roll, orange juice
5pm - bowl of shredded with soya milk
10pm - gadogado salad, vegan White Russian and two shots of Prosecco
12am - fresh pineapple
