Breakfast - Sliced melon and coffee
Dinner - Reheated the leftovers from yesterdays roast
Tea - Tacos 🌮 and a zero sugar Fanta
Snack - A few quality street and a decaf coffee
Excercise - 30 min walk at lunch

Breakfast - banana and yoghurt
Lunch - tuna salad
Dinner - toad in the hole with mash, broccoli and gravy
Snack - 1 Alpen bar, clementine

1 latte, 3 instant coffee with milk & 1 tea
Lots of water

B-Shreddies with semi skimmed milk and a cup of tea
L- cheese and crackers with pickled onions and a glass of cordial
S-box of Malteasers
D- Beef roast dinner.
S-popcorn

water throughout day.

B - granola, berries and yoghurt
L - Bacon roll
D - Southern style chicken, croquettes and a mixed salad.

Tea and water.

Snack - half a custard tart

11am - almond milk cappuccino

2pm - blueberry scone, coffee

8pm - nachos

Lots of water and watered down juice 🧃

Exercise = 60 minute HIIT workout

Had a special occasion today 🎂 so hence why I’ve eaten nothing substantial

Breakfast - carrot cake
Lunch - lotus krispy kreme
Dinner - Indian takeaway
Pudding - waffles takeaway

B - skinny cappuccino
L - 3 egg omelette with red pepper, mushrooms and black olives
D - a bit of a thrown together pasta. Baked salmon and stirred it through wholemeal pasta with garlic, splash of veg stock, sweet chilli Philadelphia and spinach
S - satsuma, about 5 tortilla chips while I was waiting on pasta cooking, might have a couple of Lindor later
Drinks - water, glass of cranberry juice and my breakfast coffee.

Breakfast: toast with butter and hagelslag and a coffee
Snack: 2 oranges
Lunch: 2 slices of toast with sundried tomato hummus
Snack: baby carrots with sundried tomato hummus and a coffee
Dinner: vegetable curry with rice and naan

Will probably also have a slice of leftover cake since it was my bf's birthday yesterday :)

L- pesto pasta with salad & glass of water
S-few quality streets
D-Lasagne with chips & glass of cordial

Brekkie: peanut butter and banana on toast and a cup of tea
Lunch: chicken salad with sweet potato
Tea: a huge bowl of pesto pasta with veg and a slice of garlic bread
Snack: just had a twirl and another tea
Drinks: water, 2 cappuccinos and a diet coke
Exercise: 10 mins yoga, 30 mins weight training and a 1.5 mile walk at lunchtime. 12k steps over the course of the day

L - Jacket spud with beans
D - gousto green chicken tacos and made some nachos on the side

Sn - 2 rollitos

Drinks - 1 tea, 2 decaf teas and 4 pints of water

Exercise - 30 min workout in the gym, leg weights and walk on treadmill.

L - Jacket spud with beans
D - gousto green chicken tacos and made some nachos on the side

Sn - 2 rollitos

Drinks - 1 tea, 2 decaf teas and 4 pints of water

Exercise - 30 min workout in the gym, leg weights and walk on treadmill.
Snap I had the green chicken tacos 🤣

Sn/ banana bread and another coffee
L/ harira soup and bread
D/ tempeh mushroom bolognaise pasta and some broccoli. Strawberry jelly and squirty cream.

Mozzarella, tomato and balsamic dressing with loads of lettuce
The aforementioned green tacos from Gousto

Tea - Chicken and pesto pasta
Snack - Mini Lindt teddy and a tea
Exercise - 30 min lunch time walk

breakfast: two slices of brown bread with light butter + a homemade hazelnut latte :coffee:
lunch: leftover rice from last night with a mushroom sauce and 1 pork medallion
snack: small snickers bar + lemon&ginger tea
had lots of water & 2 more teas (ginger,orange&cinnamon)
dinner: mushroom soup, truffle fries & a falafel wrap 🌯

Breakfast: Porridge with chia, flax, hemp & frozen cherries. Coffee with oat milk.

Lunch: Leftover curry, a Pick Up Limes recipe of a creamy coconut milk number with vegan chicken, peas, spinach and potatoes. A tangerine and a No Mo salted caramel chocolate bar. 😋

Snack: Cashew cheese on some crackers.

Dinner: The same leftover curry & some dried strawberries. Got blueberry muffins in the oven so probably one of those 👀

Exercise: 6k run, 10 mins HIIT, 30 mins gardening

breakfast: omelette with kimchi & spring onions 🍳 + black coffee ☕
lunch: greek yoghurt with homemade granola 🥣
a few bites of peppermint chocolate as a snack and lots of water
took magnesium and omega 3
dinner: lentil soup currently being prepared 🫕
