What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

yesterday
B/ bit of banana bread and a coffee
L/ McDonald mcplant, fries and apple pie 😄
D/ baguette with vegan chicken, chipotle mayo and lettuce and a ring doughnut.
the mcdonalds apple pie is supreme! :love:

Breakfast - scrambled egg, mushroom & 2 bacon
Lunch - banana
Dinner - roast beef dinner
Snack - GU chocolate pudding

1 latte, 3 teas and lots of water

So everyone feel absolutely free to judge me because my diet is shocking however I have covid so I'm having a pity party 🤣

Started the day off strong with a cup of tea and 4 biscuits.

Swiftly onto porridge with fruit and drowned in syrup.

Way too many malteasers but who's counting?

Lunchtime comes round so I scoff some prawn cocktail crisps, a breakaway bar and an orange because... health.

8 Percy pigs to be precise.

And for dinner im having a fat chicken roast.

No doubt there will be snacks in-between because pig life.

And ive been drinking water throughout to excuse the sorry excuse of a human I truly am.

Breakfast - Sausages, on their own because realised I was out of bread after cooking them, and a coffee
Dinner / Tea - Roast dinner and a Fanta
Snacks - Just opened a box of celebrations so I’ll make my way through them for the rest of the day!
Exercise - Only 30 mins walking to the supermarket and back

Yesterday..
Bit of a farce tbh🤣 bacon and sausage on toast with a cup of tea, then had a Chinese for tea… a big huge buffet, everything u can think of, then a piece of birthday cake. Cans of Coke and water. No exercise!!

today..
Brekkie: a banana and a cappucino
Lunch: 2 pieces of spicy chicken pizza
Tea: roast chicken with roasties (using the last of the goose fat), carrots, broccoli, peas, sweet potato mash and a Yorkshire pudding
Having a glass of red with that then prob a Horlicks later on. Drank water and had a Diet Coke with the pizza
Exercise: 11km run. I won’t be able to walk tomorrow 🔥

Nothing worse than preparing a meal and then seeing no bread. True heartbreak. I have to keep one in the freezer for desperate times.

B-toast with butter and a cup of tea
L-pesto pasta with salad, glass of cordial
S-a few Lindt chocolates & a few lentil crisps
D-cheese on crackers with pickled onions.

Been away all weekend and ended it with Chinese this evening. Feel like I just need to cancel any social activity for the next three months to be able to make any progress 😭😭🤣

I slept through breakfast but had some tea and toast when I woke up (1pm-ish)
Went out for dinner this evening, I had cacio e pepe (basically spaghetti in a cheese sauce lol) and some sourdough bread with flavoured olive oils with a sex on the beach cocktail
Came home and had some Cadbury mini eggs and a caramel egg with my cup of tea

11am - almond milk cappuccino

2pm - salad sandwich 🥪

7pm - patatas bravas and half a vegan shawarma wrap

Lots of water

No exercise but I did plant some trees 🌲

breakfast - brown bread with light butter, a small greek yoghurt & a homemade hazelnut latte
lunch - falafel and a big salad (lettuce, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, radish & various seeds)
drank a lot of water & a ginger, orange and cinnamon tea
dinner will be pork medallions with a mushroom sauce and rice, and i'm also having a drink with a friend in the evening - probably white wine 😊

B - genuinely forgot because work gave me the morning from hell.

L - homemade tuna and cucumber sandwich on Best of Both, pineapple chunks.

D - roasted veg pasta bake, made by my husband so duck knows how much cheese was on there but its been A Day so idgaf.

S - nothing as yet, might have a Lindor later if I fancy.

D - water

D - gousto chicken tikka massala with rice and a small garlic naan

S - a chocolate hedwig from M&S
Drinks - 1 tea, 2 decafs teas and 3 pints of sugar free squash/water. Will have at least another pint of water before bed.

Exercise - 2 mile walk

L/ avocado/pea smash on really nice bread. It was so good I'm gonna have to have it again tomorrow 😁
Sn/ more banana bread and a few crackers
D/ harira (Moroccan soup with pasta and chickpeas in) and bread.

We have some churros in the fridge, may have them for dessert later

Drinks: water, 2 cappuccinos and a diet coke
Exercise: 5.5miles of walking and 45 mins of yoga

Tea: chow mein chicken stir fry with loads of veggies
Snack: tiny box of milk tray

B: A can of red bull (In my defence, I was very stressed and managed to still not smoke)
L: Two slices of toast with cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning, cadburys caramel egg
D: Spicy peanut udon noodles
S: Turkish delight bar, handful of crispy m&ms

Also had 3 cans of diet coke and a cup of black earl grey tea
