12pm - toasted bagel with butter, coffee

7pm - mashed potato with grated cheddar

Lots of watered down juice and water

Exercise = 30 min beach walk

B - granola, berries and yoghurt
L- bacon roll
D - vegetable chilli and rice

Tea, water and one glass of Pinot Grigio

Snack - chocolate chip Brioche

Bowl of Cheerios
Leftover roast lamb with salad, tzatziki and lettuce and some stuffing 🤣
Miso butter chicken noodles 😍
1 gin chocolate, 2 squares of malteser chocolate and 2 chocolate sprouts from M&S 😂

11am - chai w/ oat milk, misfits white chocolate peanut protein bar, a party ring
3-4pm - salt and vinegar crisps, a carrot, a kiwi
7pm - a bowl of cauliflower and broccoli ‘rice’ with a chopped vegan sausage and mixed veg (seasoned with nutritional yeast, hoisin sauce and garlic)

+ will probs have some ginger chai a couple of biscuits to end the day later

exercise: 10 miles total (mix of walking around house and running/jogging intervals on treadmill - day 4 of isolation)

I’ve been ill the last few days but feeling better today thank god
Brekkie: beans on toast
Lunch: McDonald’s quarter pounder with fries and a water
Tea: cherry tomato and Boursin pasta and a slice of garlic bread
Snack: a Freddo
Exercise: 40 mins of yoga and 5 miles of walking

Breakfast - golden syrup porridge
Lunch - Pasta with pesto
Snacks - McCoys crisps, some percy pigs, Cadbury chocolate bar
Tea - Chicken pad thai
Exercise - hour of weights in the gym, focusing on legs

B-cup of tea
L-crisp sandwich with a glass of water
S- cup of tea and some biscuits
D-Pesto pasta with salad and a glass of cordial
S- Lentil crisps with some dip

water throughout day.

D - homemade cottage pie and loads of veg

11am - almond milk cappuccino

4pm - slice of toast with peanut butter, orange juice 🧃

7pm - jalapeño poppers, hummus, feta cheese and spinach salad

Lots of water and watered down juice

Exercise = 3 mile run , 45 step workout
 
Cheerios and semi skimmed milk
Spiced butternut squash soup
Lighter hoisin chicken with wedges and a tit load of coleslaw - gousto
Slice of ham and a slice of cheese, Twix and a creme egg - first of the season and it was great 😅

30 minute spin and 10 arm weights

11am - almond milk cappuccino

4pm - vegan hot dog, sweet potato fries, coffee

8pm - slice of toast with peanut butter, glass of soya milk

Exercise = 5 mile beach walk in the rain … it was lovely and refreshing

Breakfast - cheerio’s
Lunch - super noodles
Dinner - jacket potato with tuna mayo and a salad
2 bottles of water 2 cups of tea

half hour HIIT workout

3pm - vegan lasagne
7pm - celery sticks, a kiwi, a few pistachios, a few red grapes
9pm - glass of almond milk with a magic milk caramel straw (I know they’re for children :LOL:), 2 fruit shortcake biscuits and a party ring

Drinks: 2.5l or so of water, a few cups of chai tea with oat milk
Exercise: 12 miles (6 running on treadmill, 6 walking around house)

skipped breakfast but had a few coffees

sourdough bread with hummus at 3 pm

chinese takeaway in the evening

lots of water 😴

Yesterday…

breakie: a bowl of red grapes
Lunch: ham, cheese & lettuce on a sourdough bagel
Tea: Big Mac with fries, a large coke and some chicken nuggets
Snack: a packet of prawn cocktail seabrooks

2l water and 1 cup of tea

Yesterday..
Brekkie: weetabix banana and honey
Lunch: tuna jacket potato with sweet corn and spring onion
Tea: chicken tikka with rice and a mini naan bread
Snack: a caramac
Drinks: 2 cappuccinos, a tea and water
Exercise: just went walking yesterday, 7 miles altogether throughout the day
 
Yesterday
B/ bowl of horrible sugary peanut butter cereal
L/ vegan greek chicken-style wrap and salad
D/ vegan sausages and mash and broccoli. Jelly and fizzy cream.
