What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

Breakfast: greek yoghurt with honey and cinnamon
Lunch: ramen with an egg and spring onion
Snack: chocolate and some nuts
Dinner: 'boerenkool' (a very typical Dutch dish for winter). It's basically a kale and potato mash with sausage and gravy

Exercise: 5km walk and I started day 1 of the 30 day yoga challenge from yoga with adriene which was 30 minutes VERY light movement

I love this thread, it keeps me so motivated. Trying to shift some weight to help my chances of falling pregnant so I love seeing all your food and getting inspired ❤

Today for me -

B: Greek yoghurt with berries, flaxseed and flaked almonds.
L: homemade tomato, red pepper & lentil soup with 2 slices of sourdough.
D: will be prawn stirfry (mixed bag from Tesco) with broccoli and wholewheat noodles.
Snacks: I've had 2 mintmatchmakers and will probably have a couple of squares of dairy milk with TV tonight.
Drinks: hazelnut latte and water.

Breakfast : Alpro yogurt with low sugar granola
Lunch : tomato soup with 1 slice of bread
Dinner : jacket potato with cheese and hoops
2 cups of tea. No water again! Tomorrow will be my day for water 😅

I’ve been mega hungry again today I don’t know what it is!!
Brekkie: peanut butter on toast
Lunch: small bowl of soup and a cheese salad roll
Tea: homemade gyro and potato wedges
Snacks: loads of chocolate 🤦🏻‍♀️ a twirl and a packet of Maltesers. About to have a choc Horlicks and prob another bit of chocolate
Exercise: 30 min weights and 2 1.5 mile walks ( 11k steps)
Drank water and tea

Greek pasta salad, last portion tomorrow 🤣
Bolognese pasta bake with 🧀 and a tit load of vegetables because we’re away this weekend

Slice of banana bread

30 minute leg weights and 20 minute spin

Breakfast - scrambled egg on 2 x toast
Lunch - chicken fajita with salad
Dinner - spag bol with garlic bread
Snacks - orange, banana, fibre one, crisps and 1 hero

1 latte, 3 tea & loads of water

12pm - glass of chocolate soya milk

2pm - soya flat white

7pm - veggie burger, with avocado and satay sauce on brioche bun, pornstar martini

9pm - small piece of panettone bread pudding (a rather successful experiment with an M&S chocolate panettone)

Lots of water

No exercise as I spent the day at the animal rescue surrounded by cats and kittens 🐈⬛

B - granola, blueberries, raspberries and yoghurt.
L - BLT wrap
D - chilli and rice with grated cheddar on top

Drinks - Tea and water

Snack - handful of bite size Twirls

Yesterday was..

B-bacon on a brioche bun and a glass of OJ
L-mini hot dogs
D-turkey salad
Snacks- piece of chocolate, some wafer bars.

water throughout the day and a few cups of tea.

Writing these makes me realise how boring my food is / eat the same thing every day 😂

Lunch - cinnamon swirl
Dinner - fish pie and broccoli
Snack - banana and 1 toast

1 latte, four coffees at work and a tea

9am - almond milk cappuccino

3pm - cheese and a cracker, apple 🍏

7pm - slice of vegetable pizza, waffle

Lots of water

Exercise = 6 mile walk through the forest 🌳 in the snow. 30 min cross fit workout

D - Jacket sweet potato with left over chilli, grated cheddar and a side salad

Tea, water and two glasses of Pinot Grigio

Snack - handful of bitesize Twirls

Yesterday..

Tea: filet steak, crispy potatoes, mushrooms and peppercorn sauce. I had a pink donut for afters
Drinks: tea, water and 2 small glasses of 🍷
Exercise: 40 min weight training. Didn’t get out for a walk the weathers so bad

Breakfast - 2 poached egg & mushroom on breakfast muffin with hollandaise sauce
Lunch - pot of mango chunks & greggs Bavarian slice
Dinner - M&S steak, beef dripping chips and garlic mushrooms with peppercorn sauce

1 latte, 1 Americano and 2 teas with water

12 pm - iced almond latte

3pm - vegan hot dog 🌭 with curry sauce, coffee

9pm - M&S vegan shawarma wrap

No exercise as I’m once again the friends and family emotional support hub … it’s exhausting 😕

after lunch - hazelnut latte
dinner - pumpkin soup 🎃🥘
and lots of snacks in the evening because tomorrow the healthy eating begins :cautious:
