B-Cheese twist (Lidl) and a cup of tea
L-a few slices of tiger bread with butter and a packet of crisps and a glass of water
S- a few chocolates
D- bowl of Pumpkin spiced shreddies.

water throughout the day and I might have a cheeky McDonalds.

Brekkie: peanut butter spinach and banana smoothie
Lunch: Cajun chicken salad with hummus
Tea: maykway curry with rice and a slice of garlic bread
Snacks: packet of skips and a freddo
Drinks: a latte, tea, water and a diet coke
Exercise: 35 min kettlebell workout and 4 miles of walking

Butternut squash and sage soup - from tescos, bloody lovely
Chicken, wedges, salsa and salad
Banana bread, kitkat and fruit

Breakfast - Latte and an apricot yoghurt
Dinner - Cold coffee and a packet of crisps
Tea - Piri piri chicken breast, wedges and broccoli
Snack - A Lindt ball
Exercise - 30 min lunch time walk

breakfast - greek yoghurt with homemade granola (i've almost finished it so making a new batch this weekend)
lunch - a sourdough sandwich with a truffle spread, mozzarella, spring onions, cucumbers, a green bell pepper & an egg with sriracha & sesame seeds
snack - a red apple with some peanut butter & a chai tea
tried to get plenty of water in & having leftover lentil soup for dinner!

B - banana pancakes topped with blueberries, raspberries and a drizzle of maple syrup

L - homemade lentil soup with 2 slices of sourdough bread & butter

D - a thrown together king prawn/chilli/garlic/pasata/light philly spaghetti. Was rather lovely. Stirred through some black olives, onion and spinach.

S - Lindt ball, half a cinnamon danish.

L-duck spring rolls and salad with glass of water
D- McDonalds hamburger, medium fries and medium coke.
S- a few quality streets.

Lunch: mackerel salad
Tea: homemade veg soup and some cheese on toast
Snacks: grapes and a choc orange skinny bar
Drinks: water, tea and 2 lattes
Exercise: 3 mile run and a 2 mile walk

12 pm - iced almond milk latte

8pm - toasted sesame bagel and butter

Lots of water

Exercise = 45 min CrossFit session, 45 min weights session

Yesterday..
Brekkie: peanut butter on toast
Lunch: veggie pasta with a slice of garlic bread
Tea: steak, crispy potatoes, tenderstem and mushrooms with peppercorn sauce and a glass of Malbec 🍷
Snacks: grapes, a skinny bar and a small salted caramel pudding
Exercise 40 mins kettlebell hiit and a 2 mile walk

3pm - half a banana chopped, several red grapes, a pistachios and a cashew nut
7pm - McPlant burger (without the vegan cheese) and a few fries with sriracha
10pm - oggs mini cupcake, mcvities fruit shortcake biscuit

Drinks: approx 1.75 l of water , 3 chai with dash of almond milk, 1 green tea, 1 peppermint tea, Diet Coke (with dinner)
Exercise: 8.5 miles walking/ running (5 on treadmill, 3.5 walking around house - usually would get my walks in outside but am self isolating)

2.30pm - chai (made with chai xpress spiced masala chai tea bag + dash of oat milk) chopped half banana, red grapes, 2- 3 pistachios, 2 cashews, a party ring biscuit
4pm - homemade peppermint hot chocolate (made with options vegan options hot chocolate, 1.5 sugar free polos, sweetener, water and a dash of almond milk)
6.30 pm - penne pasta with garlic, spinach and green chilli with a side of rocket and plum tomatoes
8.30 pm - chai with a few biscuits (1 x mcvities fruit shortcake, 2 x party rings)

exercise: 11 miles total running/jogging/ walking distance (still self isolating as I have covid, so all been indoors sadly)

TGI Mac and cheese bites
Roast lamb - yum! Roast potatoes, carrots, cauliflower cheese and stuffing
1 hour bike bootcamp 😅

B/ vegan sausage bap and soya latte
D/ roast dinner, well just the veg, roasties and stuffing. Aldi choc orange brownie.

Feeling peckish again so may have some toast.
