Breakfast: croissant
Lunch : noodles
Dinner: sausage mash broccoli carrots peas and gravy
Snacks: chocolate orange biscuits
Drinks: elderberry tea and water

Yesterday
Brekkie: scrambled egg on toast
Lunch: medium quarter pounder meal with fries and a water
Tea: homemade roasted veg soup with crusty bread
Snacks: Colin caterpillars and a mince pie
Drinks: water and tea
Exercise: just walked, 5 miles

Yesterday… was a bad day I didn’t really eat 😂

breakie: 1 normal fererro rocher and 2 dark choc (had 3 days to catch up on on my advent calendar)
Tea: sweet chilli chicken stir fry with loads of veggies
snack: 4 🥴 fondant fancies 😂

15 min hiit and 10 min walking workout
2l of water and 1 cuppa

Breakfast - Coffee and OJ
Dinner - Can of coke
Tea - Chilli con carne and rice
Snacks - Got my appetite back end of day yesterday so caught up on my advent calendar chocs last night 🎉

Today
Breakfast - Coffee, orange juice and grapes
Dinner - Potato cakes with lots of butter and a can of coke
Tea - Celebrating the return of the appetite with a garlic, cheese and mushroom pizza bread and spring rolls with chilli sauce from the kebab shop
Snack - Advent calendar choc

B/ toast with marmalade, coffee with oat milk
L/ m&s plant kitchen festive feast sandwich
D/ Linda McCartney burger, some homemade potato salad and green salad

30 min lunchtime walk and a PT session after work

9am - latte

11am - latte, mini mince pie

1pm - half a miso roasted celeriac and cranberry sandwich

7pm - noodles 🍜… I’d cooked other stuff to go with them but I dropped it all in the floor and burnt my hand at the same time 😩

No exercise as work was a witch and I had to stay and do overtime.

Brekkie: weetabix honey and banana
Lunch: tuna and sweet corn butty and a small bowl of veg soup
Tea: spag bol
Snack: grapes
Drinks: tea and water, one cappuccino
Exercise: 4 miles of walking and 30 mins weight training

Brekkie: bagel and a cup of tea
Lunch: nandos 😋 medium thighs, peri chips and tenderstem broccoli
Tea: bbq pizza and a few proseccos.. well it is nearly Christmas 🎅🏼

11am - latte, 1/4 of a chocolate croissant 🥐

1pm - hummus on slice of sourdough with chilli rayu

7pm - feta cheese and slice of sourdough, glass of soya milk

No exercise because I fell asleep when I got in from work and only woke up for dinner … feckin exhausted at the moment as it’s non stop 🥱

Yesterday..
Brekkie: bacon and egg on toast with ketchup and a cup of tea
Lunch: didn’t have anything, was busy running errands
Tea: pesto pasta with spinach and Parmesan
Snack: 2 sloe gin mince tarts from aldi 🤤
Drinks: cappucino, water, Diet Coke and a baileys
Exercise: 3 mile run and 4 miles of walking
 
Yesterday..

lunch: avocado, sundried tomatoes and poached egg on sourdough toast with 3 little pieces of halloumi on the side
Very late tea about 9ish, was full from lunch all day: double cheeseburger and a Mayo chicken from McDonald’s
Snack: a purple one chocolate to go with my purple one latte

white chocolate mocha, a biscoff milkshake, a can of coke and 2l of water

9am - almond milk cappuccino

5pm - bagel and peanut butter, mini magnum ice cream

8pm - bag of ready salted crisps and a ferrero rocher

No exercise as I’m feeling like crap with a sore throat …oh and on top of that I lost my current job today due to budget cutbacks 😔

Yesterday..
Brekkie: scrambled egg on toast
Didn’t have any lunch, well I had a packet of prawn cocktail walkers
Went out for an Indian, had lamb Rogan josh with garlic naan poppadoms pilau rice and bhajis 😋
Went for a 4 mile walk
Drank water, tea and a couple of white wines

D/ mini vegan kievs and smash with sweetcorn.

Lunchtime swim.

Breakfast: coffee, matcha latte, toast with strawberry jam
Lunch: spaghetti bolognese
Snack: olives and crackers, tea, piece of chocolate cake, salted caramel twix
Dinner: thai coconut milk pumpkin curry with chickpeas on a bed of rice

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Porridge with soy milk, raspberries & a fancy choc hazelnut nut butter (which actually isn't very good because the second ingredient is coconut and it just tastes of that)
Snack 1: Alpro greek style yoghurt with nectarines
Lunch: A salad of quinoa, lentils, smoked tofu, spring onions, tomatoes, mixed leaves, lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper
Snack 2: Vegan ham & cheese toastie on sourdough bread (with pickles and some more salad leaves)
Dinner: Roasted sweet potato & beetroot on a warm salad of kale, quinoa, edamame, olive oil and the juice of some oranges. With toasted pumpkin seeds on top
Dessert: Coconut Collaborative choc pot & two sips of a mint tea, before I split it over my lap
Exercise: 7 km run
