Yesterday:
Breakfast: Porridge with soy milk, raspberries & a fancy choc hazelnut nut butter (which actually isn't very good because the second ingredient is coconut and it just tastes of that)
Snack 1: Alpro greek style yoghurt with nectarines
Lunch: A salad of quinoa, lentils, smoked tofu, spring onions, tomatoes, mixed leaves, lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper
Snack 2: Vegan ham & cheese toastie on sourdough bread (with pickles and some more salad leaves)
Dinner: Roasted sweet potato & beetroot on a warm salad of kale, quinoa, edamame, olive oil and the juice of some oranges. With toasted pumpkin seeds on top
Dessert: Coconut Collaborative choc pot & two sips of a mint tea, before I split it over my lap
Exercise: 7 km run
