What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

11am - almond milk cappuccino

3pm - M&S no beef welly roll, lentil soup

5pm - mini mince pie, cup of tea

8pm - toasted bagel with spinach salad, mini magnum

Exercise = 5 mile beach walk ( if I keep telling myself I’m not sick then I’m not sick right ?!?! 🤒)

I didn’t have brekkie yesterday, went out for lunch and had fish, chips and mushy peas and a shandy. Was full for ages so just had a chicken Caesar salad for tea. Had water and tea throughout the day
Went for a 3 mile walk and burnt 600 cals doing my Christmas house clean 🤣

Evening snack - three rich tea biscuits
 
Porridge
Chicken and salad wrap
Tesco party food, pulled pork mac and cheese and chicken katsu satay sticks

no exercise for me, got covid and feel like tit, Christmas is ruined 😭😭😭

pretty busy so haven't been able to post here :(

Lunch: onion and sour cream pringles
Dinner: ratatouille and a slice of ham.

Been on the road all day and have had a stomach ache a bit, had no time for breakfast. Also lots of water.

6am - almond milk cappuccino

1pm -miso roasted celeriac, stuffing and cranberry sandwich, smoothie

6pm - Christmas tree crumpet with butter

8pm - small slice of hazelnut chocolate roulade

No exercise as far too bloody tired 😴

B - cheese scone and a Americano
L - tomato pasta
D - sausage and carrot and swede mash

Snacks, 2 x celebrations and a baileys

Exercise 30 minutes of spin, dog walks x3

Brekkie: weetabix banana and honey
Lunch: a turkey trimmings toastie and an oat milk Cap from costa
Tea: sweet potato soup with some of the Christmas cheese on toast 😋
Snack: cookies and cream grenade bar
Drinks: water, tea and a baileys
Exercise: 5km run and 3miles walking

B: mug of almond milk and 2 slices of gluten free bread with butter.
L: beet and tomato salad with lamb rib.
D: bacon omelette and arugala salad

couple liters of water and might have a some peanut m and ms later and maybe not.

7pm - macaroni cheese (ate half), macaron

No exercise as I’m still bloody ill 🤒
 
Yesterday
Festive stack from Mac Donald’s and half a triple cheese burger and that was it, healthy day lol 🤪

Hi guys ✌, just found this thread while having a 5 min nosey.
I’m determined to lose some weight, as I’m a fat c*nt at the moment. So I’m holding myself accountable and parking my fat ass here and coming back Jan 1st. New year, new me hun.

Hello, back to this 😍

Breakfast - nothing, didn't get up till late
Lunch - home made tomato and pepper soup
Dinner - 1 x Haddock Fillet 1 x smoked Haddock Fillet, pouch of asda wholegrain micro rice, green beans.
Snacks - 1x apple 1x pear 2x tangerines.
I'll probably snack on suagr free jelly and maybe a bit of toast later.
