B: ginger lemon tea, berry smoothie, 3 small greek filo spinach and feta triangles
L: peanut noodles with veggies
S: tea, ginger lemon tea, jam doughnut
D: tikka masala with rice and homemade naan bread 🤤

Breakie: 2 crumpets W butter
Lunch: tuna Mayo pasta with sweetcorn and red onion
Dinner: sausage casserole with loads of veg. Crusty bread for dipping
Snacks: gonna have a brownie & a Belgian bun 😂

1 cup of tea, a can of coke and 2l of water

Weetabix, banana and semi skimmed milk
Roasted butternut squash soup and half a cheese and ham toastie
Keralan popcorn chicken, wedges, carrot slaw and mango mayo - Gousto
3 mini M&S millionaire crispy bites, advent chocolate

20 minute full body strength, my upper body is going to hurt tomorrow!

7am - baileys coffee 😆

11am - latte, half a croissant 🥐

1pm - roast celeriac, coconut ‘bacon’, stuffing and cranberry sandwich on sourdough, latte

3pm - half a hazelnut and chocolate bavka

8pm - crispy tofu salad, honey glazed cauliflower, espresso martini

No exercise but I gave my debit card a good workout this evening 😂

Lunch - couple of clementines and some chocolate sourdough with butter
Dinner- ordering an Indian 👌👌

Brekkie: banana weetabix and honey
Lunch: bacon and beans on toast
Snack: some Percy pig sweets
Going to the Christmas markets soon so prob lots of baileys hotdogs and churros 😋
Exercise: 30 min HIIT and 3 mile walk

Two sausages, hash brown, Keto bread roll
Chicken, peas, sweetcorn and Jasmine rice with nandos sauce
Dim sum with sticky rice, edamame beans and carrot slaw
Kitkat, millionaire crispy bites - need to stop buying these but my boyfriend loves them! Two M&S trufffles, advent chocolate

20 minute hiit spin,30 minute arms, chest, back and shoulder weights

Drinks: almond milk latte, tea with oat milk, lots of water
Snacks throughout day: handful of green grapes, slice of toast with vitalite spread, 5-6 biscuits (lotus biscuits, party rings, fruit shortcake), some ready salted crisps
Dinner: Jacket potato with veg bolognese sauce with a side of rocket, plum tomato and olive salad

Exercise: total walking/running distance of 14 miles

Tea: hunters chicken with tenderstem brocolli and crispy potato slices

Oh I’ve been shite again. Egg bacon and beans on toast, then a festive bake from greggs. Off to a party now so probably copious amounts of gin and buffet food. I’ll start again Monday 🤣

Had a small chocolate cake, water,onion and sour cream pringles, a sip of pop then pizza for dinner :) first day on break is so nice

Lunch: nothing not hungry
Dinner: chicken wedges and dip
Snacks: coconut and jam sponge and a packet of quavers
No exercise I’m in isolation

No exercise at all till New years lmao.
Breakfast: glass of non-dairy milk, glass full of chocolate cereal
lunch: 3 pieces of pizza
dinner: chocolate cookies, a sip of pop and a clementine, a couple of kinder chocolates as well perhaps.
- dominos had a buy 2 get one free so we got an xl pizza free haha lots of water as well

Brunch - this isn’t bacon roll and oat latte
Dinner - veggie Tagine and mashed potato, not a classic combo but it was good 😂

might have some ice cream later

rest day today and I needed it! Legs are on fire

Exercise: just walking today done 5.4 miles

Breakfast - Cup of coffee then went to do the food shop.. probably shouldn’t have done it on an empty stomach oops spent way too much
Dinner - Cheese and meat board.. Went with Dutch cheese while cheering Max on in the Formula 1 🏎
Tea - I ate so much cheeseboard I’ve just had some cereal
Snack - Christmas theme Krispy Kreme doughnut
