Christmas edition 🤣

Breakfast - Almond M&Ms
Lunch - sausage sandwich with butter
Dinner - steak pukka pie mash gravy and peas
Snack - roasted peanuts

2 coffees, 1 tea and a hot chocolate

12pm - almond milk cappuccino

4pm - salad and coleslaw sandwich, ready salted crisps

8pm - small mezze plate, mini mince pie

Lots of water and watered down juice

Exercise = 30 min MMA training, 30 min cross fit session, 15 mins of uppper body weights

Still got this feckin cold but no longer willing to wait for it to go … double dose of cold medicine got me through the workouts but it was a slog

early snack: walnuts and a coffee
B:coffee, and feta with toast x2
snack: vegan butter with toast x2, slice of toast with feta, banana, 1 greek yogurt with chocolate bits.
*yes I feel like a slob. have nothing substantial in my fridge so just munching all day
more snacks: feta on toast, pistachios, feta on toast x2.
lots of water.
 
B/ greggs vegan sausage bap and a soya latte
L/ Bombay bad boy pot noodle
D/ we’re getting a Chinese takeaway

8 million Christmas chocolates. A long walk to my parents’ house. My stomach is gonna hate me tomorrow😂
 
B - bacon sandwich
L - shared a Morrisons ham and pineapple pizza with my partner
D - stir fry
S - some chocolate, peanuts

2 x coffee, 2 x OJ, 1 x tea and loads of water
 
Scrambled eggs on toast
Cheese and ham panini
Roasted pork belly and Jasmine rice
Toblerone advent calendar chocolates and chocolate reindeer cheesecake

30 min spin and 10 mins arm weights which I coughed my way through but I did it, first exercise post covid 🤟
 
B -Coffee and Bowl of Cereal
L-Coffee and Costa Almond Finger
Snack-20 celebrations
Dinner- Fry
Evening Snack! 🍵 Tea & dairy milk 🤣
 
1pm - almond milk cappuccino, slice of toast and peanut butter

5pm - bag of ready salted crisps

9pm - fries and chilli sauce, Diet Coke

11pm - handful of peanut M&M’s

No exercise as I was busy sorting the house out and needed to drive to the airport to pick my husband up …
 
B/ cup of tea with oat milk, didn't have time for food
L/ Linda McCartney burger on a bun
D/ pasta with loads of veg, Quorn pieces and a spicy sauce. Jelly and squirt cream.

A few Christmas choccies. Some vegan peanut m&ms.
 
McDonald’s muffin and hash brown
Cheese and ham panIni
Spaghetti Bolognese and made some garlic bread - bloody great

15 minute spin class and 30 min full body weights

I’m making a conscious effort to be more mindful of what I eat from tomorrow, very aware my menu has been full of shite 😂 but will avoid any calorie talk of course

Bowl of rice krispies with whole milk
Brie cheese with wholemeal crackers
Hummus and carrots
3 (yes THREE) cream eclairs
Bar of M&S swiss chocolate

1 cup of tea, 2 cans of diet coke

10am - almond milk cappuccino

2pm - cheese and tomato toastie, soya cortado

7pm - retried beans, salsa and tortillas (made from scratch by my Colombian friend), 2 glasses of red wine 🍷

No exercise as I was out doing that rare thing called socialising …happy to be home now so I can take “the mask” off and be myself again

Chicken and bacon sandwich from m&s
Lean burger with homemade wedges and salad/plum tomatoes

15 minute climb ride ☠ and 20 minute chest and back weights
 
B - protein yoghurt
L - some Christmas chocolates & cheese straws
D - Gousto mushroom stroganoff

2 coffee, loads of water and a Coke Zero
 
B/ half a toastie
L/ bowl of peanut butter cereal and a soya latte
D/ tofu curry and rice 😋

PT session at the gym
 
A bowl of cheerios with whole milk
Toasted cheese sandwich
Snacked on some hummus and carrot sticks

I've lost my appetite after getting booster jab at 4pm so I had a bowl of chocolate ice cream for dinner :ROFLMAO:

9pm - steamed asparagus, mini mince pie

Lots of water

Exercise = long walk on the beach and stopped to watch some seals playing in the waves
 
Ciabatta with sausage, bacon and hash brown

loads of party food, Prosecco and cocktails - last hurrah before the new year 😂

if i'm hungry later i'll have a banana and more toast

*New Years resolution spend less on uber eats!
 
B/ soya latte. Got up late and wasn't that hungry.
L/ veggie sausage sandwich
D/ going to my parents for new year and my mum has got me a vegan pizza so that and a boatload of prosecco probably.
