What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

hot weetabix with semi skim milk
mccain jacket potato with longley farm cottage cheese (the best) and snap pot of beans
roasted chicken breast with potatoes, brussel sprouts and cauliflower covered with bisto best beef gravy
a couple of polo mints
water and a cup of yorkshire tea

done 9000 steps as had a wander round the city and lots of housework :)

Breakfast -Poached eggs on toast ( if you like eggs would recommend st ewes rich yolk, on clubcard and they’re basically the same as burford browns!)
Lunch - roast chicken and cauliflower with nandos sauce, cheese and sour cream
Dinner - hoisin beef meatballs with rice and sesame vegetables

30 minute spin

chocolate chip banana bread

Breakfast : egg on toast
Snack: strawberries and yoghurt
Lunch: chicken rice & sticky chilli sauce
Dinner: Yorkshire pudding with beef mash roasties veg and gravy
Snack : galaxy chocolate bar
Drinks: water
Exercise: YouTube exercise video as I’m in isolation

Brekkie: weetabix honey and banana as usual 😂
Lunch: a bagel with pesto egg, chicken sausage and spinach
Tea: chicken curry and rice
Snacks: a yoghurt, a mince pie and a small brownie
Drinks: coffee, water, raspberry tea and a chamomile tea
Exercise: 6 miles of walking and 40 mins HIIT

L - leftover roast chicken dinner from yesterday
D - Gousto herby pork burger
S - blueberries & raspberries, fibre one bar

1 latte, 1 instant coffee & tea at work

I’ve joined the covid club this weekend so today was more about strong food to try and taste 😂

Breakfast - Cheese and onion on toast
Dinner - Jacket potato with spicy chilli con carne
Tea - Pepperoni slices straight from the packet 🙈
Snacks - Constant flow of cups of tea

Attempted a Tia Maria and coke for the Bongos Bingo livestream but only had a few sips it is wasted on me right now

Dinner - cottage pie
Snack - caramel Freddo x2

Tea: Boursin pasta with cherry tomatoes and spinach
Snacks: yoghurt and a piece of brownie
Drinks: coffee, water, tea
Exercise: 3 miles of walking and a 45 min kettlebell HIIT session

I haven’t managed much being sick, no appetite 😔
Breakfast - Coffee and an apple juice
Dinner - Small choc milkshake
Tea - Two sausages with tomato sauce, blackcurrant lemsip

My boyfriend brought me loads of chocolate home but I’m just not hungry for it. Roll on feeling better though, now I have a new chocolate stash to get through 😂

Oh wait.. are you not talking about the Gusto I’m thinking of…

b - coffee w/ sugar and vanilla almond creamer x 2
l - english breakfast tea w/ sugar and milk . everything bagel with sliced marble cheddar that i put in toaster oven on broil . small possibly cheese drippage related fire. all is well bagel survived.
d-taco chicken salad.
s- cyclone popsicle . elf pillsbury sugar cookie.
water x mucho

B/ toast with pb&j and a coffee
Snack/ cookies and cream misfits bar
L/ wasn't hungry so I grazed on a bit of leftover tofu
D/ have got m&s plant kitchen ‘beef’ pies and chips in the oven and their strawberry cheesecake for afters 😬

PT session at the gym, got a pb on dumbell floor presses 💪

Oh I’ve just seen on an Instagram story it’s those hole delivery boxes and not the restaurant! I’ll have to get involved!

No it’s this Gousto, it was really good and actually quite a light pizza base. Gousto is great but I need to stop choosing all the recipes I like the look of and of course they’re the ones that aren’t as good for you 😂

B - Aldi protein yoghurt
L - Ham and cheese bagel with Mayo
D - Gousto Caribbean style basa with sweet potato mash
S - berries, grapes and a fibre one

1 latte, 1 instant coffee and 2 tea

7am - almond milk cappuccino

12pm - miso roasted celeriac, stuffing and cranberry sandwich on sourdough, latte

7pm - bagel with peanut butter, glass of soya milk

Lots of water

Exercise = walk on the beach after work as I needed to calm down after a crappy day

t/ pork steaks with mashed potatoes and broccoli
s/ current bun and a yogurt
currently doing my first bulk which is exciting so will probably have some more snacks later😁

D - Christmas pork burrito from Gousto
S - kitkat and some 4 cadburys heroes
E - 30 minute spin and 10 minute leg weights which was ridiculous - 30 secs of squats, 30s of dead lifts - NO REST ☠ be surprised if I can’t walk tomorrow 😂
