Breakfast- Whole wheat toast, 1 egg, a couple cherry tomatoes
Lunch- Meatballs, a couple cherry tomatoes, some parsley, whole wheat toast, a table spoon of mayo, a few walnuts and a table spoon-ish dried berries
Dinner- veggie meatballs, a slice of leftover pizza, and because I had dinner at like 5.30 pm, I'm also having a bowl of yogurt with a tiny apple chopped into it, with some raw oatmeal and tsp of peanut butter on top. I was worried I'd be famished by bedtime if I didn't wrap the meal up with something else.
Glad I didn't give into my impulse of reaching for the ginger biscuits. I kind of still want some but I'll have a cup of cinnamon green tea and see if I'm actually craving it or if it's just my mouth feeling lonely
