What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

8am - Greek coffee

10am - weird airport banana cake type thing 😐

5pm - M&S vegan beef welly roll

9pm - Brie and cranberry sandwich 🥪, ready salted crisps

Exercise - about a million tiny steps on a plane as I’m a blood clot risk so don’t like to sit still for too long.
Business class was empty apart from me so it felt like a private plane 😎

Yesterday.. not the best day for me I’ve had bad PMS 😩 I try and be good through the week but I just went with what I fancied

Brekkie: weetabix banana and honey (my go to weekday brekkie lately) and a cup of tea
Lunch: chicken, bacon, spinach, mozzarella and bbq sauce on a wrap with 2 packets of prawn cocktail crisps. Can of Fanta zero
Snack: cuppa and some Oreo chocolate biscuits. Grapes
Tea: corn beef hash with cheese and Lea and perrins on top, bread and butter. Proper comfort food. A chunk of toblerone. A glass of Pinot blush
Exercise: 25 min kettlebell workout and 5 miles of walking (12k steps)

I was gonna post yesterday but it was exactly the same as the day before, down to the snacks!! Only difference was exercise which was a PT session.

Lunch - celeriac soup
Dinner - went out so had some charcuterie, a grilled squid salad and a large glass of wine
Snacks - a pear, a corn cake with marmite

Exercise - 5k run and ~10k walking

B: caramel flavored coffees x2 + almond milk
bread crackers with nutella x 4
butter on whole wheat x 2
L: greek salad + handful of pistachios and pineapple juice
D: Quinoa with this veg tomato sauce and cheddar
E:45-60 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, eptical and gym bike.

Tuesday;
b -Coffee w/ half and half and sugar . 2 sausage and cheese on a biscuit. a large vanilla cold brew coffee.
l- ginger tea / mixed nuts
d- taco salad
probably 3 l water .

Lunch: steak salad with pickled red cabbage
Tea: Boursin pasta with chicken and garlic bread
Snack: got a mince pie for later 🥳 🎅🏼
Drinks: water, tea and coffee with oat milk
Exercise: 30 min hiit session and miles of walking (11k steps)

was in the hair dressers for much longer than expected today lol

came home from work

s/ belvita soft bake
t/ truffle rigatoni
s/ yogurt and fruit

can u guess when i when i was at the hairdressers????
also did full body functional conditioning in the gym :)

Skipped breakfast but had a handful of jelly babies mid morning 😬

Leftover chilli (no rice) with avocado and cheese

A crunch corner

Sticky chicken with rice, pak choi, peppers and red onion.

Will probably have an ice lolly this evening.

Tea, coffee, water and coke zero. 5 miles of walking.

B: scrambled eggs, toast and 2 vegan sausages
L: leftover spinach pesto pasta
D: sheek kebab wrap
S: 3 rice cakes, a slice brown bread with lurpak, a slice of cheddar

Exercise - 17k steps, no gym today had too much work to do
500ml water, 2 peppermint green teas, will probably have a protein juice later and some coconut macaroons depending on how I feel

I meant 4.5 miles of walking earlier btw lol

B/ porridge with golden syrup and a big coffee
L/ big salad with roasted veg, spicy vegan chicken pieces, butter beans and Bulgar wheat. Chocolate hazelnut little moon mochi ice cream.
D/ made a one pot pasta with a creamy tomato sauce and loads of veg. Then mint choc chip oatly ice cream in a waffle cone.

Snack - can of coke and then 3 beers after work
Tea - 3 slices of hot from American Pizza Slice
Exercise - 10k steps today

ETA - Really need to try that Boursin pasta I keep seeing 😋 @Blair-Waldorf

Omg it’s so easy yano. Go on TikTok and search Boursin pasta loads come up. Only takes 20 mins! I sometimes add leftover chicken (like tonight) but it doesn’t need it x
