lunch: fajitas
dinner: fajitas lol



snacks: a clementine 🍊
drinks: more coffee, water

Breakfast: yoghurt
Lunch: leftover beef casserole & mash
Dinner: chicken & broccoli bake with crispy cubed potatoes
Snacks: diary milk little bar & raisins
Drinks: water and peppermint tea
Exercise: 1 hour walk in the snow 🤩

L - ham cheese salad wrap
D - carbonara and garlic bread
S - babybel, dairylea dunkers, galaxy chocolate & M&S chocolate

T- home made pizza and salad
Snacks- penguin biscuit, grapes, orange and grapes.
Exercise- scrubbed the house from top to bottom and 12k steps (so far)

Lunch: leftover chicken broccoli bake
Dinner: steak, onion rings, cherry toms and homemade chips with peppercorn sauce
Snacks: packet of crispy m&ms and a blondie the kids made
Drinks: water and peppermint tea
Exercise: 1 hour walk

vanilla latte from costa before work
before work: apple go ahead slices + a banana
lunch: ham salad, peppers, lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn and cucumber w a hard boiled egg + cheese & onions crisps
tea: scampi chips and mushy peas. a blueberry cheesecake for dessert 😆
snack: some percy pigs
a can of sugar free dark berry tango + a can of coke
2l of water

S - skinny whip bar
D - 1 latte, 1 honey oat milk latte, 2 teas

I rejoined the gym today so I’m going to start adding in my exercise too

1 hour cardio gym
30 min dog walk

Dinner - spicy arrabiata chicken pizza
Snack - protein chocolate bar
Drinks - mint tea and water
Exercise - short walk

L - tandoori chicken wrap and Walkers baked cheese and onion crisps.
D - 6 inch tuna sub with lots of salad.
S - double chocolate cookie.
D - bottle of Fanta, 1 litre of water and glass of strawberry lemonade.

I’ve had a stressful few days and forgot to post also my eating has been a mess
Today..
Brekkie: banana and a coffee
Lunch: sushi and a bottle of asahi lager
Tea: 5 guys 😵💫🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Drank loads of water and a can of fanta

Yesterday:

Lunch - Tuna sweetcorn sandwich, bag of prawn cocktail walkers and a twix
Dinner - McDonalds 🤦‍♀️ Plain double cheeseburger and medium chips
Drinks: 2 big bottles of blackcurrant squash, bottle of tango berry peachy, glass of orange and pineapple squash
Snacks: bag of frazzles, 5 mini eggs I pinched off my bf :ROFLMAO:, an apple and some grapes

breakfast - handful of grapes and a jelly pot
Lunch - pot noodle
Dinner - pasta bake with a side salad
Snacks - bag of ready salted walkers crisps and some belvita minis
Drinks - can of orange fanta, blackcurrant squash, orange squash and a bottle of flavoured water

breakfast was my usual: porridge with nuts and fruit and honey
lunch: roasted veggies, cous cous and chorizo
dinner: aubergine and lentil pasta
snacks: aldi benefit bar and some fruit loaf :)

Snacks - crisps and nibbled at a charcuterie board
