Breakfast - protein yoghurt and oats
Lunch - spicy chicken, tomatoes, cucumber and perinaise in a wholemeal wrap
Dinner - spag bol with garlic bread
Snack - m&ms
Drink - water and peppermint tea
Exercise - 1 hour walk and 30 min circuits class

L - pork and stuffing sandwich
D - cottage pie
S - babybel, dairylea dunkers, skinny whip & Pom bears

Yesterday
B: yoghurt with granola, banana and blueberries
L: 2 toasties and an orange
D: poke bowl with rice, chicken, avocado, carrot, edamame and cucumber
S: a slice of apple cake, some crisps and chocolate
Drink: 4 cups of tea and an espresso
Exercise: wanted to do pilates but I just got my period so was not feeling it

Yesterday.. didn’t eat much by my standards anyway 🤣
Crumpet
2 x cappucinos
Chicken curry, rice, poppadoms
Tea and biscuits
Did a 1 hour reformer Pilates class

today:
Brekkie: banana and cappucino
Lunch: boiled egg and soldiers and a glass of orange juice
Tea: chili with jacket potato and cheese
Snacks: protein yoghurt and some chocolate
Exercise: 45 min spin class

lunch: pasta in a tomato sauce with mushrooms 🍝
dinner: beef & green bean soup 🍲
snacks: a mint daim & an orange 🍊
drinks: more coffee, water, tea :coffee:

Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - half the bastard nandos menu 🐷
Tea - chippy chips and a sausage 🫣

Lunch: wholemeal wrap with spicy chicken, tomato, cucumber, cheese and perinaise
Dinner: chilli con carne and macaroni cheese bake
Snacks: oatcakes with nut butter
Drinks: water, vitamins, and peppermint tea
Exercise: 1 hour walk and 30 min circuits class

Breakfast: slice of toast with biscoff spread
Lunch: baguette with cheese salad
Snack: 2 oranges and a muesli bar
Dinner: minestrone soup
Drinks: 5 cups of tea and 3 espresso's
Exercise: 30 min walk on my lunch break and 30 min bike ride

breakfast: porridge, berries, nuts and honey
lunch: cous cous, ham, parsley, mit, chickpeas and cucumber
dinner: prawn poké bowl
snacks: a slice of cake (aka a slither as it was a normal slice split between three of us lol) and some yogurt and fruit :)

Dinner: beef casserole with mashed and roast potatoes
Snack: nothing
Drink: water and peppermint tea
Exercise: 1 hour walk in the snow it was so stunning 🥰 and a 30 min circuits class

today has been a bad day so i haven't eaten much!
breakfast: a chocolate croissant, coffee
lunch: a prawn salad sandwich, freshly squeezed orange juice
dinner: an omelette
snacks: none
drinks: water

B- chocolate and a few sweets and one slice brown toast with butter and honey
L- bagel with ham and cheese and mustard and hot sauce and butter.
Snack- carrots, apple, orange, 5 m&s dark chocolate peach jaffa cakes (amazing)
Supper- fried eggs chips and beans

Yesterday was bad 😂
Breakfast: toast with biscoff spread and a banana
Lunch: baguette with butter and salt and some mozzarella on the side
Then went to a friend for a cup of tea but we ended up drinking a bottle of champagne, had macarons with it and some crackers with dips. Got home drunk lol
Dinner: pasta with creamy sauce and mushrooms
Late night snack: chocolate pretzels
Exercise: 45 minute bike ride

Lunch: baguette with butter and salt and some mozzarella on the side
Then went to a friend for a cup of tea but we ended up drinking a bottle of champagne, had macarons with it and some crackers with dips. Got home drunk lol
Dinner: pasta with creamy sauce and mushrooms
Late night snack: chocolate pretzels
Exercise: 45 minute bike ride
Yummy more like. Im so tempted to jump on this Biscoff train.

pre run snack: two biscuits
a gel while running
dinner: bacon and egg butty

i also ran a half marathon yesterday lol :)
