Do you have a recipe for the chilled cucumber soup? Can't imagine what that is like at all but I am intrigued.Either chilled cucumber soup or omelette, I am yet to decide
When I ate lamb I made my own burgers from ground lamb which was easy to find. I added seasoning like cumin and chopped mint plus some feta cheese. Lemon juice too.Where did you get them? I can't find them in any local supermarket.
There is a local butcher but he's really expensive. Might just have to splash out. Either that or make my own.
Haven’t tried that. I have done spaghetti squash though, yummy too and stringy like spaghetti.Have you ever stuffed the round squash like acorn? I usuallly cut them in half and put butter in them and roast upside down if not stuffed.
