She’s probably one of those people that because their watch say they’ve burned 659 calories on a 5k run (I want to know how she’s burning that many calories doing strength workouts that short. It’s got to be HIIT hasn’t it? I did heavy squats and deadlifts and burnt half that many today.

Kelly as well as my advice to clean your house…
1. food isn’t fuel, it’s food
2. don’t exercise to burn off food. Exercise to be well, eat to stay healthy and alive.
3. calorie counts on watches are bollocks. Stop posting them. It means duck all.
