I’d definitely recommend Charlotte Tilbury but, I think it depends on your lips tbh. MUA’s always finish with a gloss when I have mine done (not like 00s Avon gloss) so maybe try one of them now?

I would probably go for the one i have the most confidence in with delivering on the day - thats all that really matters. re the non communication i do find phonecalls work best. emails can go to spam etc.

I've to go find a veil, the one I liked in the shop was 450€ and I'd rather spend it elsewhere than on something I'm going to be wearing for an hour or two. I hear JJ house is alright, anymore recommendedations? It needs to be a champange colour as my dress is ivory,

If he loves you then I’m sure he will like whatever dress you wear! I wouldn’t worry about it! ) I’m just bothered about how I feel in the dress! My fiancé won’t even talk about my dress/shoes/anything to do with me on the day, aside from saying that he doesn’t want me to go crazy with makeup (I don’t wear much anyway and wouldn’t want to). I think it’s really sweet, I didn’t expect him to be that traditional.

You never know, you may end up with something totally different anyway - I know I did! Went through three different iterations before I found my dress and my partner would not expect it at all, because I didn’t myself.
I showed him pictures from my first trip shopping but he didn’t get to state a preference either haha.

I’m going to my first wedding dress appointment on Saturday! Any tips? Anything I should take? I have no idea on hair or shoes yet as probably depends on the dress.... but thinking maybe I should take a clip to pin hair up so I can see what it’s like?

Agree I wore a strapless nude bra so the straps couldn’t interfere with any of the dresses
Defo seamless nude underwear! I took shoes to my appointments but one boutique have their own stock that haven’t been worn outside so you might be better checking their policy on that. Good luck, so exciting!

I have a nude strapless bra so that’s ok. I don’t have any nude coloured pants though so a trip to JL is needed.
I think I might pack some shoes just in case. Can’t hurt to have them with me I guess.
