I don’t know... Boris is in a whole heap of trouble. I hope whatever happens, Zads gets the help he needs for Ukraine. I think they will end up staying friends.

I'm reasonably confident that the will to support Ukraine is across government - even cross-party. It is in Boris' interest for him to say it's all contingent on him but I don't think it is.

And Zads is very shrewd and knew to butter him up.
