I have an Everly Wellness subscription. You do an online consultation (quiz) and they recommend various ones based on your answers. You can of course change them and the descriptions are very details as to what’s in them/what they’re supposed to do. They are expensive so maybe not for everyone but I’ve noticed a huge difference since taking them 3 weeks ago

Vitamin D. I'm fair skinned and have a history of getting spots and abnormal moles after sun exposure, so the last thing I want is to risk skin cancer by being constantly in the sun. I also live in a fairly cold and grey place that's freezing for at least half the year, and we don't get much sunlight even if we wanted to so Vitamin D is essential.
My gp told me that we should all be taking vitamin d, especially given that we've all been inside for a year. She said she prescribes it to everyone now.

I just take the Holland and Barret vegan one. It seems okay.

I just take the Wellwoman multivitamin that has tess Daley on the box 😬 only because I'm lazy and don't want to take more than one tablet a day.
I would like to move to a spray based VIT D after this pack though as I seem to wee most of this one out, and it gives me awful nausea and cramps if I try and take it with a snack rather than a whole meal.

I take Bio Kult advanced multi strain formulation which I buy from boots (luckily usually on a deal when I need to re-order) but apparently they sell on Amazon as well but I haven't checked the price. I also have a probiotic yoghurt drink every morning not actimel just Tescos own brand, I work in a nursery and in the 12 years I have never picked up any of stomach bugs and I really do think it's down to the probiotics.

I take ABC plus (from Holland & Barrett). No idea if it’s any good but it’s 480 caplets for under £14 on promotion so I thought I might as well.

St John’s Wart is supposed to be good and bach rescue remedy
Thanks I had looked into that and it seems like it’s quiet strong so I’m a bit dubious of taking it. I think I have also heard of one called ashwagandha, has anyone tried that?

Can anyone recommend anything natural / vitamins for anxiety?
I've recently signed up to Nourished - and a vitamin in mine has something called Scutell Up which is supposed to be anti anxiety - I find that helps quite a bit actually - I haven't taken it the last few days and anxiety definitely higher (but could be linked to other things)

Other than that magnesium is supposed to be good for anxiety and ashwaganda ive been looking into. I bought the goli vitamins which I tried but they're so sweet.

My anxiety is quite bad at moment so I'm going to try magnesium and ashwaganda and I'll report back - I do take CBD which helps as well not sure if you've tried that :)

I take Vitamin D. Had a health diagnosis some years back, and that was the one I was deemed low in. It makes sense as we don't get enough sunlight in the UK.

I’ve taken ashwaganda. It’s brilliant for insomnia but makes me feel very groggy the following day. I’ve tried reducing the dose but I just feel spaced out

Oh are these the 3D printed gummy stacks? How do you find them? Can you choose what you have or is it predetermined “stacks”?

I'm liking them and going to continue with them I think. I have one with a probiotic in and im definitely noticing a difference with that.

I did the test on the site and then created my own using that as a guide as I wanted a couple of different ones in there. The customer service was quite helpful too I found

They come individually wrapped and look a bit like a large fruit pastille which taste fine - so easy to take and no gigantic pills to swallow! 🙂
