I love taking vitamins and notice a difference in my skin/hair/nails and general health when I don’t take anything. I’m always looking for new ones to try, this is what I currently take every day -

Multivitamin
Vitamin D3 4000 iu
Biotin 10,000 mcg
Marine Collagen 1200mg
Schisandra powder
NAD+ 100mg
Blackcurrant seed oil 500mg
May I ask what blackcurrant seed oil helps you with? Not heard of it before!

Forgot to add - Vitamin C fizzy supplement. Gives me an excuse to drink a Fanta-ish drink in the morning too, lol

Yes I use it mainly for acne prevention and for healthier skin/anti aging purposes, it works as an anti inflammatory. Very high in vitamin C. It’s also good for period pain and menopause and lots of other things!

Do you find it works well ? My hair is horribly thin & I lose loads as well I’m desperate for something to help thicken it up.
My energy levels went up. As for my hair I am not sure... It's def growing but the root is not fuller as it used to be some 10yrs ago. I think at this stage I should get investigate it further (should have done it a long time ago but I am somehow scared of the result).

I’m in the same boat I should really get my thyroid etc checked…… but part of me doesn’t want to know!!

I just watched that vitamin movie - don't think it's available to watch/buy anywhere legit but it's here

It's very pro vitamin C. Really making me want to buy a huge sack of it and mega dose daily - looks like low risk as it's water-soluble. Even on the cancer research UK site they don't debunk it, rather it's shown some interesting things and more research is needed

Effervescent vitamin C (Sainsburys is the best)
Collagen + vitamin C in my coffee every morning
Probiotic x2 a day
Cod liver oil
Tumeric
Peppermint oil (I suffer from bloating)
Oil of oregano
Vitamin B6 & D
Evening Primrose oil

Can anyone recommend a daily chewable multivitamin with full daily dose of vitamin D etc for adults and for teenage girls?

Thank you! I'll definitely try it
You’re welcome!
Oh I think it’s definitely worth a try. First I was put off by the fact that all the Kardash clan whatever and all the wannabe celebs was promoting them a while ago but I’ve been using them for a 6ish month now and I can definitely see the results in terms of growth and thickness. Not a huge of course but good enough to keep me using them.

I take the following:

Multi Vitamin
B Vitamins
Iron
Folic Acid
Biotin
Collagen - it’s made my skin feel much smoother

I'm on prescription vitamin D as I was found to be actually deficient when my bloods were done by the rheumatologist a few years ago. I double the dose in winter.

I take a multivitamin and mineral, plus Vitamin C, B spectrum, and a folic acid, having read that it has been known to help prevent strokes, of which my mother had several. I really want to add in A, E and vegan omega and collagen. I also need to start back with the turmeric as it did help my arthritis.

I was severely deficient in Vitamin D when I had my bloods taken last year but have been taking Vitamin D gummies and now my levels are well into normal range. They’re also so tasty, I literally look forward to taking them every day and at the beginning when my levels were ridiculously low I would happily chuck 4/5 in my mouth at a time lol

I also take Biotin, Zinc and Iron.

Whoever invented vitamin gummies needs to be officially recognised 😂 Those things are 👌
