Multivitamin - I spent hours comparing the % of them all, some are a bit ridiculous when you look into it properly (10% of something, 1200% of something else etc). I wanted one that had 100% of everything.

Also take extra vitamin D and magnesium and collagen too. I would really recommend collagen, my skin has never looked better (not younger, or more toned or anything, just a bit glowy, if that makes sense). I ran out of it and didn't think I was that fussed but then my skin went really dull and my sleep was rubbish too and I realised it was the collagen. I have a powder that I put in my coffee or make into a milkshake. (I use the womens best true beauty, they taste awful with water but better with milk. I am tight and it isn't cheap so while I was waiting for a sale I bought it from Bulk (vanilla) and I really liked that one too. It is much cheaper.)

I keep fit and make sure I eat a balanced diet so tend not to need supplements. That said I work offshore so I sometimes take a course of vit D, not much sunshine in the far north winters.

I've taken Vitamin C with Zinc for years. When I was about 16 i would get a cold every 6 weeks and my friends mum who was a nurse told me to take vitamin c and zinc. It definitely works.

Now i take vitamin D too, only really because of covid.

Had a hysterectomy so take calcium with Vit D.
also take a fish oil capsule
occasionally B12 - known deficiency despite good diet

I take feroglobin capsules ( gentle iron, folic acid and bit B12)
I also have a multi vitamin.
I am vegetarian but don’t eat a lot of diary.
After having my son 7 years ago I ended up anaemic and having to strong iron tablets and tranexamic acid tablets. I was on and off these for years.
Recently I had some blood tests which show my iron reserves are slightly low. They also found my white blood cell count is low.

I take a multivitamin and a a separate vitamin D from vitabiotics but need to take iron and b12 I think as im sure im not getting enough - anyone recommend any brands that are easy to swallow? (hate large pills!)

Yep I was told by a Surgeon to take Redoxon if anyone near me had a cold. It works. My staff used to ask me how come I was never sick, I'd rattle my tube of Redoxon at them

Multivitamin with iron - I usually get from Holland and Barrett but savers do them quite cheap. No idea if they are helpful but I take them anyway

I think vitamin d is recommended for everyone in the UK! We get none naturally from like October to March.

I take vitamin d, zinc and vitamin c.

Folic Acid tablets - one every 2 days.
Vitamin B12 injections - one a month.
Tranexamic acid tablets.
Because of my acute myeloid leukaemia, I take about 12 tablets a day - so I rattle when I roll - lol.x

I'm definitely taking it next year. Up until 1st week of Feb i was easily running 50km a week, now I can barely manage 1 x 3km loop of the local Parkrun course a week. I thought I might have covid mildly but then I remembered thinking the same thing last year when I suddenly could only run 2km tops.
