Her arms flailing around all over the place and don't get me started on those high/low planks with her hips in the air and zero core control with her pelvis rocking from side to side. I just can't with her.

Did she not do a PT course many moons ago? And Air Can recently qualified as one. You’d think she’d have better form (I’m no gym bunny & even I can see hers is dire). I’m convinced half the time she lifts him up on the table as she thinks it’s funny Milo content. She’s just a complete & utter dirt bird.

Urgh she was so annoying (VP not Grace)- licking graces arse, swearing & slurping & clearly doing that talking out the side of her mouth thing she does which makes her sound like she's trying to keep her teeth in.
She seems really thick too, which is odd as the couple of people I know that know her claim she's really quite intelligent, not that she's ever struck me as intelligent. Just a mouthy common gobshite.
