I'm pretty sure she rebranded to Verie because people found out some stuff about her brand Leia. Someone on another forum found out that she stole the designs from a local Toronto jewelry artist. Apparently she was supposed to do a collaboration with this designer but she and puppet master, Gerie, took the designs and made Leia instead. For some of her newer designs people found some exactly the same on AliExpress.
It's ironic because Gary and she used to boast that their age gap was okay because she was more mature than typical girls her age, since she was traveling all over the world for modeling.

I believe by now everybody on youtube is in it for the money and do not believe anything they say anymore. I also feel that genuine anything on the internet will not reach her. Eh calling Ashkenazi Jews “white Europeans” just doesn’t sit right with me, as it doesn’t seem good faith in most cases. But ofc it is the popular way of criticising Israel these days and ofc they’re “white presenting” a lot of the time with all that it entails. Whatever your political views on the indigenous aspect (and ignoring the scientific evidence that it’s a distinct ethnic group from Eastern European) it just seems odd/unpleasant given we know that over 90% of for example Polish Jews were exterminated in 1940s specifically due to not being “white European enough”. It’s a nuanced issue that deserves respect as one would grant to any other minority group.
Yeah Gary was super misogynistic in this vlog. He constantly talked to down to Valeria like she was a child who couldn't think for herself. BTW their house design video was also super toxic. Valeria was giving the interior designer such a hard time and Gary didn't seem to like anything V was doing. It was uncomfortable to watch them barely get along. I don't think Gary likes V taking charge. She probably makes more money than him now and is making the financial decisions for the house.
