Haven't been listening to their podcast but saw that their latest is about marriage and relationships and cannot go beyond 20 mins as Gary is just being dismissive of any opinions Valeria has and he just dominates the conversation, he would be the biggest mansplainer, major ICK!

It just screams that she wants out but he’ll never let her leave. Any of her feeling are dismissed. Gary is nothing without Valeria.

I stopped watching her when she started abusing children up to a point of disgust, her every video was about them and creepy Gary in the picture (clearly his influence). I preffered having her alone in the video like her Looking for my dad Russian video, it's one of her best ones.
Their marriage is clearly been arranged out of religious reasons, it's kinda sad.

I very much agree with @Bddz57 the current rise of antisemitism worldwide is unnacceptable and despicable and I'd like people to remember that a large amount of Jewish Israelis with European roots are actually the descendants of the few lucky ones who survived the Holocaust. Full stop. Oh and they want their hostages back unscathed.

As much as I'd wish to see an end of suffering of all the affected civilians, I have zero tolerance for antisemitism. We've fought decades to heal and change that.

The month long ‘relocation’ to Costa Rica has just done it for me. I started going off her when she bought their old apartment for office/studio space which probably cost a lot of money then when they started having people follow them with cameras. Then when I saw the prices of her jewellery, sunglasses and loungewear range that she’s trying to sell whilst we’re going through a pandemic to people who probably are going through the worst times of their lives right now. She’s so thoughtless. It all seems so fake now, it cringes me out.

Gary, on his birthday, said he wished Valeria was happier than she was. I guess there is trouble in paradise. Also, in the same video, the children were complaining about her violating their privacy with the camera!!

She looks so worn out and stressed these days. I don't know why because it seems like her lifestyle allows plenty of time for pampering and being spoiled (i.e hair/nail appointments, getting surprised with birkins and just being an influencer in general lol) I think she stresses herself out more than necessary, like she needs to prove that she works hard, or maybe she's just bad at handling stress. Her life could be way worse than what she shows, so I can't speak but just making an observation.

Poor russian model married multi milionaire and earns cash with trendy holistic lifestyle vlogs. Yup, she sounds really naive.

She was in her early 20s and had just arrived in Canada, barely spoke english, came from a bit of a rough upbringing, didn't even know her father and Gary is 18 years older than her... I think naive and even vulnerable are correct.

I don't think it's a poor reflection on Gary so much as I do believe he wanted to take care of her and clearly does so

I’m not a fan of Valeria and Gary, or their constant need to show off their wealth. But it’s a bit much saying that she’s abusing her children. I don’t know if you’re in the UK, but there’s been a big story about a little boy called Arthur who died after suffering the abuse from his dad and step-mum. So it’s not fair to call Valeria an abuser just because she vlogs with her children. Someone who abuses children is a sick individual, and it’s not a term that should be used lightly…

So...apparently Gary has his own channel now. Which, initially, I thought it might mean he's finally backing off of Valeria's channel and going to do his own thing.

But what did he do? The FIRST video he posted is about Valeria and motherhood. And the banner on his page has Valeria on it too.
WTF. This guy will never stop using his wife and taking credit for her YouTube success. Every time they try to take a step forward, they take two steps back.

He has now found a new way to use her to make money, only this time HIS name is stamped on it. Valeria...WAKE UP.

Ever since they moved to Miami her attitude has gotten so much worse and entitled. She really comes across as a rude and spoiled brat in her videos and frankly I think it’ll be her demise. This is coming from someone who used to be a fan of her lookbooks etc but now can barely make it through a video. She doesn’t talk very nicely to Celine or the builders for her house and the attitude is just something. It’s legitimate that some the fireplace and wallpaper were damaged but how she talks about it is gives me the ick. Genuinely think we’re seeing the slow decline, especially since her fashion is no longer relatable on any degree.

There aren't many updates on here anymore and sorry if this post is considered too positive. I honestly enjoy her content. It’s motivating and uplifting without being too schmaltzy and annoying like many others. There’s a groundedness and sincerity to her and it’s fun seeing how they work through life. I admire the element of transparency with how they do things too, how you can see the business analytics behind it all with the risks they take to understand what is marketable while maintaining their integrity by sharing content Valeria enjoys. They’re really smart and it’s cool to watch their growing success and that's part of the appeal, the fact they actually went for it and built their platform.


Lately, I think Gary has tried to understand his role as an older guy who married a naive girl and how men can be socialised with not so appealing traits, and how it impacts him, it seems apparent in the past few months. I respect him for trying to understand this and work on it. Their relationship seems really genuine and loving, I find their dynamic appealing and honestly age gaps are not bad if it’s consensual. It's kind of hot if anything. I think the narrative with unconventional relationships is definitely shifting in the mainstream. With polyamory, kinks, etc becoming more understood to the average person, there needs to be less of a prudish and conservative view of things. So good for them! Haha

I love Valeria and her little boys. She seems like a good person. She's a fame seeker, but so is nearly everyone who has a YouTube channel. I don't expect her to be perfect. Gary is a bit creepy but he also appears to be 100% dedicated to his family, which seems to be rare in men these days. I usualy feel happier after I watch her content. She doesn't make me feel like there's something wrong with me and she doesn't mock other people for their taste, lifestyles or beliefs. This isn't a woman I feel the need to dig in on.

Just finkshed reading this thread plus a longer one on GG. I have been watching VL for about a year, don‘t really remember how I stumbled over her. Was rather shocked to learn about her husband‘s business practices and scams. This guy gives me wanna-be Dan Lok vibes. He‘d love to be an internet guru but he didnt make it so he took over the public persona of Valeria.
