Yep no problem, Putin promised he wouldn't invade anyone's space and he never lies about that sort of thing so we're safe.

Unless of course the west acts in a provocational manner by having western astronauts on the International Space Station, sneaked aboard without warning, not to mention the continued existence of the ISS is itself a constant source of deep anti-russian offence after the loss of the 'Mir' station due to anglo saxon sabotage, just like nord stream 2 which the west has failed to investigate (etc)...

Also said Russia responsibile for Navalny's death.
I feel like things are picking up slowly... It's been stagnant for a while...

Not much of a surprise unfortunately

The 'not likely to overwhelm' is little comfort.

And there seems to be more than one GPS jammer operating in Kaliningrad, analysis is showing two sources, affecting flights in/around the Baltic

It starting to increasingly sound like Ukraine actually needs soldiers and not just military support and money

Reading Ukrainian men discussing their plans within the context of the new passport rules, many have no interest in returning to fight the war (understandably so)

The unfortunate thing is you can’t complain about what’s happening to your country if you aren’t willing to fight for it. If none of them want to fight to keep it seperate from Russia then just hand it over.
you can’t be expecting strangers to fight your corner if you don’t even want to do it.

Ehh... the difference being that other countries' soldiers have presumably joined the military on their own accord knowing that they may end up being sent into a war one day
There's a few exceptions with countries that still have conscription/the likes of America where it seems a lot join for the security it provides obviously

I think it's easy to sit as third parties and judge Ukrainian men for fleeing but honestly we would probably do the same in their shoes

The one sort of interesting conversation has also been the discussion around women not being conscripted. Obviously attracts some odd balls to the conversation though

There's a lot of non-combat roles available for conscientious objectors and plenty more that aren't right at the front, there's emergency services people needed to handle the continued attacks on cities and infrastructure, and there's the clearing of insane quantities of mines and unexploded ordnance

Translation:
Since the beginning of the week from April 22 to 28, sapper units of the State Special Transport Service have detected, seized and neutralized 4140 explosive ordnance.

What I meant is they want help from other countries but don’t want to fight themselves. Not so much talking about people who volunteered.
It’s easy to judge because I come from a country with turmoil and would gladly fight if the need arouse.
And regardless if you don’t want to fight for your country’s freedom then don’t expect the country to exist. The reason most countries in turmoil survive is because every day citizens stand up for it.

This looks like it could become quite entertaining, though I expect not likely to cause much disruption to what's happening at the front.

Might be used an excuse for a wider clear-out at the top - and it seems to have happened just at Gerasimov has resurfaced and isn;t dead - dislocated knee apparently but remarkably coincidental timing...

Russia attacks Odesa again

And the Baltic GPS jammers (latest says one in Kaliningrad, one in St Petersburg) seem not to be going away any time soon and seems like nothing is being done about them...

Russia's FM predicts Odesa shall throw off the shackles of freedom
and rejoin the motherland
...because apparently that's what the Ukrainians want...

At the front, delayed supplies giving Russia oportunities to advance
