In the most respectful way what are 60 year old men going to do to stop this? I don't think anyone should be forced to stay but practically pensioners
Yes it definitely would affect them tooSurely it would affect Russia too though, they are closer in distance than us to Chernobyl
I think there's something wrong with him like brain tumour or early dementia. He always did act the strong man but not this bad he's acting worse than Kim Jong Un.The French foreign minister has said Putin must remember NATO also have nuclear weapons ...is goading a madman with nothing to lose a wise thing
There’s a rumour he has Parkinson’sI think there's something wrong with him like brain tumour or early dementia. He always did act the strong man but not this bad he's acting worse than Kim Jong Un.
Yep it can cause personality changes . I've looked after people with Parkinson's been slapped the tit out of so can definitely believe it.There’s a rumour he has Parkinson’s
He’s got nothing to lose he’ll never claw it back so why would he want to retreatI think there's something wrong with him like brain tumour or early dementia. He always did act the strong man but not this bad he's acting worse than Kim Jong Un.
There’s hundreds of civilians of all ages have set up a home guard .In the most respectful way what are 60 year old men going to do to stop this? I don't think anyone should be forced to stay but practically pensioners
I agree - to him Western countries look weak (especially after the disastrous way the USA and other countries left Afghanistan) - and tbh I can't think of a single leader who is stoic enough to face him downHe’s got nothing to lose he’ll never claw it back so why would he want to retreat
With China on his side I don’t think the US etc can do much . SadI agree - to him Western countries look weak (especially after the disastrous way the USA and other countries left Afghanistan) - and tbh I can't think of a single leader who is stoic enough to face him down
If he's actually terminally ill there's a chance he won't give a duck about anything ,a frightening thought. Best we can do is send money weapons aid and accept refugees , fortify the borders.I agree - to him Western countries look weak (especially after the disastrous way the USA and other countries left Afghanistan) - and tbh I can't think of a single leader who is stoic enough to face him down
East Asia needs to start spending more money on defense . Japan and South Korea won't like China flexing , Taiwan also better start preparing. With China on his side I don’t think the US etc can do much . Sad
You're absolutely right - and if China were to invade Taiwan who would stop them? I really hope that this isn't the prelude for something more sinister. I don't recognise the world we live in anymore (I haven't for a while tbh and it started to hit me back in August when the Taliban came back, but now I think it's properly just slapped me in the face) and @veevee04 that's all we can do and I hope the aid reaches them quicklyWith China on his side I don’t think the US etc can do much . The issue of Nazism in Ukraine goes back to the experience of the Holodomor under the Soviet control of the Ukraine in the early 30s. As a result, a section of Ukrainian society perceived Nazi Germany and Nazism to be a way to fight back against Soviet Russia and the forces that had created a genocide perpetrated against the Ukrainian people.Does any one know why they are claiming they are Neo Nazis? Sorry if that is an ignorant question but it keeps being mentioned and I'm not 100% sure why,
It will be a major provocation to Japan and South Korea if they do that as there's disputed territories in that area. Looks like they are already preparing .You're absolutely right - and if China were to invade Taiwan who would stop them? I really hope that this isn't the prelude for something more sinister. Hugs no no you aren't either of those things. It's a completely natural response and you must do whatever is needed to feel more balanced and be gentle to yourself emotionally. The last few years have been hellish and I honestly don't know how Putin has the stamina to do this after everything (maybe it's a thing they teach in the KGB). I wish your son a very happy birthday and hope that the coming year is full of good health, joy and purpose for him. Maybe there are some charities who are directly helping Ukrainians that you could make a small donation to on his behalf - almost like a gift? All my love to you xDammed if we do dammed if we dont being threatened to be nuked if you help or watch someone keep taking over i honestly hate this world my sons birthday tommorrow im so on edge i think for the day i will be off tattle or at least this thread i feel so freaking selfish and heartless because i just cant help but think of all the kids right now who are being forced from their own homes x
