Not sure how we can trust him to manage London or the ULEZscamscheme if he/they can't do anything about random cars being registered to him or to random other people.
As far as I’m aware, Sadiq Khan doesn’t have any control over DVLA, the organisation which is in charge of the registration of ownership of vehicles. Cloning of number plates and false registration is something which happens nationwide, not just in London. Also, ‘Managing London’ and the operational management of ULEZ are two very different things.
Show me how that improvement in air quality is necessarily down to ULEZ, and not simply down to
1. General improvements in emissions from ICE vehicles that were in the pipeline anyway as car tech continually improves
2. Fewer cars on the roads in general due to the ongoing effects of Covid and the greater amounts of working at home
3. Punitive parking charges introduced by so many London boroughs in recent years
4. Replacement of diesel buses and indeed on many routes, quite drastic cut backs in the number of buses altogether
5. Opening of the Elizabeth Line taking a lot of people out of cars and buses

The claim that any improvement in air quality is down to the cash grab ULEZ and wouldn't have happened anyway especially due to 1 and 2 above is very dodgy ground.

They don't do enough to maintain the area and force tenants to keep their properties tidy.
Back in the day Councils had wardens that would check that gardens were being kept to a reasonable standard, fail to do that and you got a warning, 3 warnings and you were out of the property. I can't believe the state of some of the housing (and yes I would expect the same of private housing too).
Landlords should also have a duty to ensure that their property is being kept to a decent standard.
Half the HMO's round my area are rat infested because the tenants are dirty, lazy guys that just throw their trash out into the garden and then act shocked they've got rats.
