The HoC was full at the start of this session, it is sad to see that the House has been severely diminished of MP's now. It seems a dereliction of duty to leave the Houses when the PM is making a statement and replying to questions. Even as a tv watcher I am not inclined to switch off, but want to hear what he has to say, also how the MP's of every political Party react to his first statement and appearance as PM. Where have these MP's gone and what is more important than to listen to the PM? If they had meetings to go to, why were they scheduled at this particular time. 
The Speaker Hoyle did call some MP's for walking out and leaving the HoC when another MP was speaking.
As for Farage, the scarlet pimpernel was present initially, but had left before his oppo Tice asked his question. Tice was quite combative, didn't welcome Burnham like others have done, his tone was bluster and hardly statesmanlike.

That’s headline is a bit misleading though. She was sat next to him in his car, with 2 other friends in the back. the judge accepted the man she’d stabbed had assaulted her ,her claim of self defence wasn’t accepted because she’d chosen to take a knife with her to a nightclub, then “forgot” she was holding it when she punched him in self defence, and instead of ringing for help after she’d realised she’d stabbed in the heart, left the scene to change her clothes and wash the knife.
So she’s only a danger to sex offenders that she’s defending herself from, not the law abiding public?
In which case early release sounds like a good idea.
They let rapists go all the time, sometimes without a prison sentence at all.
Surely the early release scheme is best suited to people least likely to reoffend?

Someone carrying a knife to a nightclub is a danger to everyone, not just sex offenders. if someone on the club had grabbed her breast or touched her thigh, and she’d stabbed him , would you still say that was ok because he was a sex offender? Because that’s the sexual assault that was occurring when she stabbed him. I’m not defending him - he was still a piece of tit for driving recklessly and drunk, then putting his hands around her neck and trying to push her head towards his groin when they were arguing. But we can’t have it both ways - we can’t say self defence has to be proportionate and that people who commit violent crimes, even when they have mitigating factors like ptsd, shouldn’t be released early , then say oh actually it’s ok if the person who died was a crappy person, especially when the accused had ptsd from previous abuse, and was so drunk so had forgotten she was holding a knife, so thought she was only punching him in self defence
Must be a military outpost with added extras if people feel so strongly about giving it back?
