If there really is an agency sniffing around Julie then surely they have been watching her for a while and see how she does not watch out for her children's safety at all. She comes on laughing that her then 2 year old ran across a car park and a stranger had to tell her he was there and then she loses him in a busy park.
Then today he is up on a high wall with traffic at the other side, he is still only a baby and the agency would need to be careful that they are not promoting this careless parenting.

I literally don't get all the I want to run away and hide from being a parent....she literally has nothing else to do....she doesn't discipline the kids, heaps sugar on them doesn't provide any routine, gives them a dodo and bottle for a quite life even though they are far too old and then wonders why they don't sleep.
