Thank you. I have been reading on Tommy's website that it hasn't been proven nor disproven, so like you say it doesn't hurt! I just feel like such a knob with my legs in the air ha! We've bought the conceive plus lube too, so hopefully that helps. Thank you so much for this x

Did you use them before when you had your IUD in? I read that the Mirena one would mean you still ovulate, so I've been tracking for a while now and taking BBT. They say that the IUD means you're fertile from the moment it's removed, but I don't know how true that all is
I had the copper coil, and my GP said this to me as well. Had sex on day of removal and a few days before and after, no luck. No I didn’t, but last month all I got was lows. This months was highs with a peak (!!) yesterday.

So its 2.32am here and af arrived at 1.52, a week late. But I'm now going to assume I ovulated a week late. We are trying not to track and stress. My gyno told me to dtd every 2nd day.
I have endo and dp had testicular cancer 7 years ago. I really wish we could get pregnant. Mmc last may coming upto year anniversary next weekend. Never felt so lost
you are not lost, you have found your people. We got you.

Nope, i am exactly the same! I am very type A, i like things to be planned and organised and this is stressing me out! My son starts school in September, so ideally I would like to fall pregnant ASAP, as it means that I can be “around” for his first year at school and for him to have consistency. Also it would tie in nicely if the baby is born early 2022, as we plan to play off our debt and finally buy our house by early 2023... god, i sound mental dont i?

I feel happy that i have finally got a peak after all last month being worried. I found my tracking app from when i fell pregnant with my son (I was 31, 2 miscarriages) and we DTD 13 days prior to my planned period and i did the “staying in one place” thing for 30 minutes. How do i know this? Well turns out my app remembers everything i wrote down...
I really resonate with what you’re saying so much! My rational brain is obviously saying nothing in life is guaranteed and you can’t PLAN a baby to the day but the not so rational side is like well if I don’t ovulate on this specific day then they won’t be born on this specific day and this means blah blah blah....it’s crazy! So glad someone feels the same though.

Hello everyone, I was reading through this forum at 3am last night and was blown away by all your stories!
I wondered if I could get your opinion on my situation and just be honest I can take it.
So I am 6 days late on my period and I would say I’m pretty regular I have been tracking them for months now and all arrive within 28-32 days. On average my cycle is 30 days.
I have been a bit tired and just feel “funny”
I took a test last night albeit very diluted urine as I drink tonnes of water( don’t know if this makes a different probs clutching at straws) and test came back BFN
Any tips? Wait a few days and retest? Or just leave it.
Thank you! Have a good day
Try again in the morning! Fingers crossed for you

Hey guys first time posting.
TTC since January, MC my first in Dec, 1 week before my 12 week scan and a week before Christmas.
I've only now started trying to track my period, ovulation etc. My cycle seems to be about 36days, does anyone else's last that long?
I'm so frustrated because we literally BD nearly everyday and it still hasn't happened 5months on. I'm starting to wonder if I don't ovulate every month or what 😭

Hey everyone - hope you’re all doing okay 🤍 I think I may possibly (hopefully 🤞🏼) have had an implantantion bleed... I’m pretty new to this so how long until I should test?
i think you’re meant to wait til you’re due AF! Not that I ever do 🤪 fingers crossed for you xx

I’m so fed up, I’m currently on day 13 of my period! Been such a long time since I’ve bled for this long!!! And my body decides to play up now we’re TTC.

Thank you to both! I’ve done a couple more today and the line is still there; maybe a bit stronger so I’m keeping everything crossed!

I bought the clear blue because I was hoping to see “pregnant” and somehow managed to do both tests incorrectly so they were invalid 😱 I even timed the 20 seconds so I’ll be off to Superdrug today to see if they’ll exchange for some new ones - even though it was apparently something I did wrong lol 💔

11dpo still no symptoms other than headache 🤷‍♀️ I don’t think I had any symptoms with my first though so trying to stay positive xx

Husband has already complained that after two months of trying that he feels “clinical” so I feel like shit. Trust me mate, I don’t want sex before and after a 13.5hr shift either!

any advice to make it more romantic? 🤣

If anyone is up for trying a product, I highly recommend pre-seed! It’s a fertility lubricant. Loads of reviews on Amazon saying people got pregnant on the first try of using it. I can support these reviews as with my first pregnancy I tracked four cycles, three without using it and used it on the fourth and got pregnant. Second time round we were sort-of trying for a year with no cycle tracking, tracked one cycle then used it on the second tracked cycle and boom pregnant. Could be coincidence of course 🤷🏻‍♀️
I’ve tried it for a couple of cycles but didn’t work for us unfortunately ☹ Heard lots of good reviews from others though too 👍🏻

I had a lot of complications with the removal of my implant I wish I'd known about. I thought I had made the best decision for myself at the time but you're right, it's not that straightforward.

I couldn’t sleep last night and did a test at 5am 😅 My OPK yesterday must have picked up HCG as I got my first ever BFP. Currently in a state of shock trying to process it as I really wasn’t expecting it this month ..
Oh my goodness!!!!! Huge congratulations 😍😍😍

Took a test and no luck. Didn’t do it with my first wee of the day but never mind. I bought a few tests so will give it a few days and see if af comes ☹

So sorry. Implantation could be late - it’s really hard to be in limbo but keep those fingers crossed.

Ladies talk to me about OPK’s. I didn’t want to use them initially but I feel it’s a good way to see if my body is working. I’ve bought one step strips and the clear blue advanced digital with 20 strips.

Any hints or tips? ❤

Just read the box. It says that a faint line means negative 😱 it must be very dark to be pos? Is this right? Bloody home bargains cheap shit
The test line has to be as dark or darker than the control line on ovulation tests for it to be positive. However if you’re getting fertile looking CM (lol soz) then I’d go for it! Sometimes it’s worth going before the ovulation test is positive if you have other signs as you might have a short window from the positive test to ovulation!

Edit: just to add, I find I get quite a few days of fertile looking stuff... and it comes and goes. I think it’s down to the PCOS. It can be frustrating but it’s worth going for it just to cover all basis I think 😂

oh that’s good! I always found the nurses (when I went for a pill check) always had a little more time/sympathy so got my fingers crossed for you.

how is everyone holding up?
Feeling ok!! Super super grumpy today, keep snapping at everything my partner says and that’s really unlike me at this stage of my cycle (lol) especially as it’s irrational - my irrational mood swings only tend to happen while I’m PMSing. Also feeling so tired.

Am around 4-5 days DPO and have been feeling quite crampy for the past couple of days - again unusual unless I’m ovulating / due on. Feeling semi positive! How are you lovely?

It’s been a truly shit year that’s for sure!
I went into hospital with bleeding and pain, had my scan and the pregnancy was actually growing on my ovary which is so so rare, but it ruptured my tube so I was having key hole surgery within the hour. It was so hard from thinking I was pregnant to having an operation (which I had never had surgery in my life) all within the space of an hour or two. I don’t think I’ll ever get over it tbh. Your very lucky you kept your tube! Did you just have to take some medication? You must of caught it really early, although I was only about 6 weeks when this happened!
Oh gosh, that is rare! It's a lot to process.
Mine was weird. They couldn't find where it had implanted but my HCG was rising quite significantly (but not enough to be viable). I had a laparoscopy to try to locate it as was in a lot of pain by then but even then they couldn't find it. 🥺 A week of monitoring later they finally spotted it in my left tube and treated with methotrexate. Was such a saga, was in hospital for nearly 3 weeks because they were too scared to let me leave not knowing where it was. Sending you all the positive vibes! 🤞😊
