Yea because then they probably wouldn’t have another means of transportation to start paying CS again or continue to pay. Also it makes people chance it and drive with the risk of getting pulled over and a fine/jail time.
I’ve mentioned this before but looking back at it I was so hurt and I wanted my children’s father to hurt like he hurt me. I requested back pay, I laughed when he said he was struggling and he might get his license suspended. I didn’t care. I laughed internally at his sob story to the judge at the reason as to why he didn’t pay for a few months. I walked out with my head high and like he was scum when she set a specific timeline for him to apply for jobs and get a new one despite whatever he had going on in his end.
Now though, I’m disgusted with that past younger self and I see clearly now how the system is set up to duck fathers over with the back pay, threatening of suspending license, automatic more time appointed to the mother even if she’s a crappy one (not me. Speaking for Tracy and other stories where fathers fight for their kids and the mother has boyfriends abusing the kids or leaving them at home/not taking care of them or to just be a witch. But because they’re the mom, they get more time) And I’m glad there are so many judges out there that see that and ask them to appear so they can hear their side and work with them to get where they need to be and start paying again.
It might seem like I’m team Corey at times but when it comes to this child support and custody/parenting time. I know the ins and outs of that and he’s a father trying with a woman determined to not let him prosper as a single parent. Idc what he does in his spare time, casino, sticking his dick in whoever.. when it comes to the kids, he’s there and he’s providing more than just money for them.

If I can work through (because I’m still not past it and still have trauma and probably never will be but that’s okay) but if I can get help and work through my anger and hurt and be amicable with the father of my children who abused me for 4 years and put me in the hospital 4 times and I can even look back and see that I didn’t have to hurt him through the court system because he hurt me… you can get the duck over the cheating. Honestly Tracy.
And I’m not judging anyone who can’t work through it or ever be amicable with their abusers. Every case, every story, every person, every reaction is different! If you were abused in such a horrible way like me, do not feel that you need to be amicable or forgiving of your abuser because someone else can be or someone else did it!! It’s your story, it’s your feelings, and your journey of healing

Julie's kids birthday party is next week. They are at someone else's birthday today.
Corey would come home from work covered in which looked like dirt or cement anywhere from 4 o’clock to 6 o’clock and then I would see him go back out and come home with food so she probably didn’t even have dinner ready for him when he got home. And this was even when she just had one kid…

Being the bigger person or not being vindictive in my opinion is not for the other person it's for one's own sanity. Although some people could use a kick in the nuts or two.
Tracy is incredibly vindictive and won't move on mentally. She's seems as mad today as she did a year ago when she started publicly bashing him. That's why she's so miserable in life and will always be. Holding on to hate, anger, sadness etc will never help you heal. She tries to act like she's not but it's clear as day she is.
