Despite it all he got his kids every weekend, yeah they slept on the couch or their dad gave them his bed while he slept in the couch. He was short of money sometimes after paying his bills, but he had friends and family to help out. In this case it took a village to raise those kids and that seems to be the case with the Eps. Corey will figure it out just like my friend did. It will take a while to dig himself out but it is doable with the right support.

To answer your question no the child support courts won’t suspend his license no matter how much he is behind in arrears because he is paying his reg child support consistently now. If they suspend license based on backpay that would fuck up the child support shes (ppl) getting now. If he stopped paying the reg CS that he is now, for more than a couple months, they will send a letter threatening to suspend your license if you don’t start paying. If you still don’t pay, they’ll send out a notice to appear in court. The judge will ask him what’s going on, why isn’t he paying, and majority of the time the judge gives them a 3rd chance and doesn’t suspend their license. That’s because that person could be in between jobs, family troubles, etc. If it’s a real POS person and basically doesn’t care to get a job and pay, a judge can see through that then the judge will suspend the license at that court hearing/ or jail time. Usually jail time cause what’s the point in suspending a license and they have no desire to get a job and be a productive person of society and parent.I do think it is tough to get a place of your own based on him having 3 kids and money just getting taken without having any say on how it's spent. He would have to come up with first, last and security deposit which could probably be close to 5gs based on where he's from. Then he'd have to furnish it with bare minimum essentials to have kids there. Which could easily run him at bare minimum 2gs. That's bare bare minimum for basic beds and maybe a sofa. Then he'll also have bills like water, gas and electric depending. Groceries, cell phone and internet. Then continue to pay his rent and pay her a big chunk every month. I think getting that large sum of money up front is a definite deterrent and even if he had it she'd want it. He would really need like 6 to 7gs just to get started if not more. Not to mention his license. Who knows what is actually going on with that. Then he needs a car and car insurance. Not sure if what Tracy is saying is true about his license being suspended on his own but if it is and he got that fixed would the child support courts just suspend it all over again? I don't know how that works. He also doesn't have a rich daddy to get money from so he has to do it all on his own. His credit might be shit too and his mom's name is tied up with the house in jersey that Tracy is in. Part of me wonders if that's why she's riding out her stay there. I'm not giving him excuses but rather just saying it's alot to take on and I can see feeling defeated before even starting. Tracy also says he struggles with depression.
