I remember that. In a very old video she said she grew up without a dad and I assumed he died but then a few years later she announced he died of Covid in the UK in 2020. She said he usually lived in India but in that moment he was somehow in the UK. I think. She is just not a person who explains things clearly.I am concerned she is a pathological liar. I remember a while ago something I found odd was that she keeps saying that her Dad died of Covid but someone commented that they were confused as she had said ages ago ago that her Dad died when she was young or that her Dad was never in this country or something? I found it very odd and thought maybe it was a misunderstanding but with all the other things not adding up and that weird comment from a potential ex friend I’m wondering if we have a pathological liar on Our hands? Some people are like that no matter how nice they seem and her niceness seems very fake. I feel really bad saying this and I don’t usually comment on forums like this but I needed to get it out.
Sure Tiffany does not appear to be mentally up to living with all the consequences yet … But according to what she said, surgeon never said surgery was off the table completely . I think that if there is anything on MRI he might push for surgery as soon as possible, Tiffany ready or not.once she found out the full extent of what the surgery entailed She went off the idea..and who can blame her it’s brutal..so far as I understand the pre surgery steps for this particular surgery involve besides the regular tests but also an assessment of whether she’d be mentally up to living with all the consequences of said surgery..and seriously do they actually need to assess Tiffany to establish that?..can You even imagine waking up from this let alone living? with the constant reminders..I sadly don’t see her doing that..so they’ve done probably the best for her?..
I thinks that Tiffany is much too vain to have the life saving operation done. After the operation she has no longer a colon, a rectum, an anus and a vagina and also no bladder. She will have an ostomy bag and an urostomy bag. I can't see her this way. I am afraid that she has already make up her mind.The Royal Marsden Hospital is one of the worlds leading specialist cancer centres. Her doctors/oncologists are NOT lying to her. Her medical team will be some of the worlds best - the only person who is lying in all this is Tiffany.

She has made the descision to take the gamble and wait and the dice seems not to have rolled in her favour.Glad to see the wait and watch issue being discussed as it's something I have been really confused about. It's been established her surgeon is an excellent one so are people not believing that he told her that would be his recommendation? She said he gave her the options but said that he himself recommends wait and watch. I see a lot of people thinking she should have had surgery, something I agree with, but it would also seem she is just following her doctor's advice so should we really fault her on following the advice of such a well respected surgeon?

Don't forget her princessy baby voice...I think it says a lot that the only time we have seen her truly advocate for herself is to be able to speak to “her surgeon”. This suggests to me that he must speak to her differently than other medical professionals. Maybe feeds into her wanting to be babied. Cuddle her. Make her seem like everything will be ok and he will look after her. He is obviously able to put things in a way she likes, which I think is lovely. However, I’m afraid doing so has altered how she hears him. Was the wait and watch suggestion put forward in the way she and Matt heard it?
I imagine the other surgeon tried to be direct with her and explain things matter of fact, which scared her. Which of course it would, if she is used to being a bit more pandered to. Hence her strong reaction to not wanting to hear what anyone else has to say. She can brush off anyone else’s comments on the basis they didn’t come from ‘her surgeon’. Which is a shame considering the other surgeon is the only person with first hand information on her tumour.
I feel so sad for her. It’s all just frustration at not being able to say these things to her directly. I can only hope she has some people close to her who feel they can be this honest with her, even when she’s going through such a difficult time.

Tiffany is fragile mentally regards her health..and I don’t ever see her opting for this surgery ever..i know that mentally strong people will cope no matter what is thrown at them..she’s not that person..sadly..Whoa! Edit: also a new vagina is created by a reconstructive surgeon after the pelvic organs are removed. The medical expertise for this has been increased over the years as it is also done for male to female trans people.

If I was a specialist and this is my patient, I would refuse to help her any longer. I don't think they remove everything automatically. Doctors usually take individualized approach. I think in her case bladder, ureters, urethra, external genitalia -vulva would remain intact. It depends if the cancer has reached these organs. What I deducated from her videos that her cancer has reached posterior vaginal wall and uterus. Yes, she would have stoma. Cannot bear children but luckly she freezed her eggs.Lets remind ourselves of her possible surgical outcomes first. Removal of rectum, anus, some colon, vagina, poss clitoris, ovaries, cervix, uterus, bladder, some peritoneum, fallopian tubes, urethra. Partial or full. Now, look at TT and Darling. Are they the thpe of people that would be able to cope or fight through all of the possible consequences from this type of life altering last ditch surgery??? Ummm NO. They heard the total picture of what it may or would entail and you saw it in their eyes in the video. Darling looked like he just saw a ghost or worse. Things changed drastically after that fateful video and Dr meeting. The doc had to offer something else so he may have offered to wait and watch. No one can force any procedure on anyone. Not even a life saving one. Its very sad but sometimes there are no real viable options bc diagnosis was delayed for whatever the reasons or its just horrible bad luck.

The one in red sweater she briefly mentioned about having an op and didn't want to get into the details. (Very typical of her).
Then she did cancer 2022 video. Few scans later, the cancer has spread. This leaves me to think that she had had cancer before. Way before 2022.
The chance that the WW option ends well is only 20%.I do think it's an important point to make again that Tiffany did not utter anything about WW until her comments and this thread started talking about it. Her original video states the surgeon offered deferral of surgery for 6 weeks.

But for those who don’t have surgery and try wait and watch after three years there are 38 % of risks of reoccurrence I believe …? « Although most recurrences were treatable by surgery, the impact of deferring it on long term survival is unknown.«The chance that the WW option ends well is only 20%.
