I took a look at her latest video, many, many things that she is saying makes no sense:
She said she didn't call her Surgeon because it was late when she got home from the Hospital. Okay, but why didn't she mention the Bleeding while AT the Hospital??? Does she think only the Surgeon can help? And, the staff would have reached out to her Surgeon to let him know; so she didn't have to go another night with questionable bleeding.
She keeps mentioning that the blood may be from the Chemo/radiation/meds, but none of that makes sense either, and if she just called the office, she would know!

Denial is based on knowledge, but stupidity is based on ignorance! As almost everyone has mentioned here, she's hoping it'll just go away.

Odd that she's mentioning about VlogMass, because didn't she say in another video not too long ago that she can't make plans because she's unwell?
She said she feels like December is the last month...... ya, because it is!!! lol

What I find odd with her too, is praying in front of the camera. I think Prayer is personal, and it always sat kind of wrong with me. That's probably just me.

It makes her happy to go through the comments for support, and helping each other. How is she helping others??? There's no honesty on her channels besides the color of the T-Shirt she is wearing that day!

Sorry it's so long. I watched this one with a good friend who is a Surgical Nurse and she shook her head all the way through, and agrees, that something is not adding up. Doctors/Specialists aren't that incompetent. She also reiterated that all Doctors can be reached especially Oncologists when a Patient is going through treatment, and Royal Marsden has some of the Best in the world.

Agree with you totally. In my opinion, Tiffany is as folls:
1) someone who is very insecure inside. Could be due to childhood trauma, parental breakup etc and is desperate for attention and love;
2) although she is blessed with reasonably good looks, she craves fame and popularity. Maybe her ex couldn’t accept her YT obsession and they broke up?
3) I think she has some form of cancer. As to what grade etc, we only hear it from her. We’ve seen her going for chemo and radiation treatment etc. so she does hv some cancer
4) she wants people to like her. Hence, the nice, little girl persona. Speaking like a child, praying like an angel. Saying things like “my loving TT family, I love you all so, so much…” Really? Does she know the meaning of love? Or is her version of love that her viewers shower her with praises and accolades to boost her ego plus making her thousands of $$ richer every month? Has she ever offered to donate a jumper to a cancer sufferer viewer?
5) she’s uncomfortable and afraid when she gets found out and challenged. Hence the deleting and blocking.
6) I don’t think she’s suicidal. To do nothing and wait for the supposed T4B mass to grow is a form of slow suicide. I think she loves her life too much to risk dying due to non-treatment. She has a good family, a hen pecked bf who’s at her beck and call and loads of silly, adoring viewers in her TT family. That equates a lot of $$$$, now and in the future. Why die?

My take is still the same. She is acting dumb and expects viewers to believe that a 30year old educated woman needs to be told and reminded to ask the basic questions regarding their health condition. Even if that was the case and she’s totally and genuinely dumb, there’s the family as well. They would surely remind her, go with her and help her fix this.

My conclusion is that she’s using her whatever grade cancer to gain attention, pity and to profit from it. Am sure she gets some kind of sickness allowance from her employer, insurance or Govt. But she is also greedy. She wants more and keeps reminding viewers to buy her merchandise plus to like, subs etc. she also took the camera when rushing to the ER, coz she knew that it would get her thousands of curious views. She would do anything, whilst battling her cancer, to profit from it.

She lies over her lies. Said Matt’s father was going to visit. It didn’t happen. Biopsies were taken without preps (or she would hv shown the cocktail of drinks she needed to drink eve of colonoscopy for pity’s sake). She said she had never visited Matt’s family in Ireland but has known him for 4 years?. Really? 4 years and you haven’t gone with him to visit his folks??

I think that the whole family knows the truth and that her condition isn’t that bad. Yes, Amma does look worried sometimes but they generally live normal lives. Also I can’t believe that since her diagnosis, she hasn’t googled about her cancer. That is another lie. Her doctor cousin must be a sensible, professional lady and I’m sure she won’t subscribe to this craziness. Hence we don’t see much of her. What do you guys think?

I just saw your updated comment with the quote and Tiffany’s reply, which is weird because I’ve seen her respond like that but also she will respond to people talking about miracles and celebrating her “good news”. It’s like she knows she’s not cancer free, but also thinks that her cancer isn’t deadly and nothing bad will happen. Almost like a child would think, who has no concept of death. Even from the beginning she was talking about it in terms of it being step ABC and then done. Again, very irrational way of approaching cancer. Her brain has never been able to grasp her situation.

She really could tell her viewers to stop criticising her doctors. I saw so many comments attacking him. How is she okay with that but is quick to tell everyone to not be 'mean' to her and Matt. She could easily remind them that the surgeon takes good care of her or whatever and that she does not appreciate what they comment about him. But then she probably likes the outrage directed towards someone as long as it's not her.

I forgot that the oncologist was not part of her team! That's odd on it's own but even more so cause in the comments she said something like 'I did not see the surgeon but I saw my oncology team'.
Yes, I don't think she was told anything bad. It will be the same thing as always.
Exactly, she should only release a cancer video when the information has value and it's clear (like other cancer youtubers do). She just needs to make more effort on this and stop posting useless content. If she is confused, why is she making a video about being confused? We don't care about her confusion.


I think we all think that it could be terminal but she probably wasn't told that. It does not seem from their demeanor.

Also Matt might be in some denial but not so much he would sit there with the surgeon for over an hour discussing all the test results and come out in the car saying the colonoscopy, scans, and biopsies all showed no signs of cancer and the surgeon is suggesting wait and watch over surgery immediately. Matt confirmed what Tiffany said and now has had, according to her, two other people (surgical nurse, her oncologist) on the phone back up what the surgeon told her.
Of course surgery will be inevitable but I don't think the wait and watch is due to her being a hopeless case. That's my opinion from the puzzle she's been sloppily putting together for her videos.

I think she likes it. She likes the drama and the chaos and all the emotion in her followers cause they then fill her comment sections with messages. I do think this is feeding her ego. It's messed up.

Just cuz you’re told you’re terminal doesn’t mean you hear it right. Tiffany’s head is somewhere else, so I agree with whoever said she could hear terrible news as good news. The fact that she thinks she’s cancer free, improving or has some miracle going on says she’s not hearing them right. Every single time she gets bad news she says it’s good news so you can’t go by her demeanor. Or matt. The denial seems contagious. And her oncologist would definitely be part of her team... they would be the leader of the team. Tiffany is just saying it in a way that makes them sound all disconnected.

Again just going off of her words which are not reliable but all we have. She said the oncologist was not her oncologist today in her video.

Those results just mean she’s clear for surgery, which is usually a small window of opportunity for such a massive tumor to be dealt with esp cuz she was inoperable before. Wait and watch is a stage four thing (or for early stage), which is why I’m saying for stage three it makes no sense to wait because she’s already been done with chemo for a long time. Or long enough that it’s not the reason they’re waiting. Time is of the essence so unless her doctors are all incompetent which I seriously doubt because the Royal Marsden is a great hospital, then it seems like stage four is the only possible conclusion. I hope I’m wrong but I don’t see any scenario is which this makes sense if she’s truly stage iii. It’s just not how it works. They don’t wait for the cancer to grow and then say oops it’s too late. They operate when they can and not a minute later.

100%. She responds differently based on different comments. She almost adapts her responses based on the tone of the commenter. There was a comment asking her in disbelief whether all that meant was that the T4b tumour was gone and she was now cancer free and how could this be possible. She responded like: 'I know right! I cannot believe it myself. There is no cancer, just scar tissue around the tumour so I'm hoping it's non-cancerous'.

She was told by her surgeon after her first consultation with him that if she doesn't have surgery she has maybe 6 months to a year. She seemed to understand very well back then. Don't know what happened.

She seemed to understand it in the sense that she repeated it, but that doesn’t mean she got it emotionally. It also looks like her mental state is deteriorating quickly and it didn’t start out strong. As I said, looking at cancer as a tick tick tick we’re done situation is not how a reasonable person behaves. I’ve also noticed that she says things like “it has to be OK.” People say that to themselves when they’re scared but she’s never wavered from that, which is scary cuz if you need to make a life saving choice, you won’t do it if you think you can’t die. Obviously she knows she can die but I don’t think she really believes or conceptualizes it. Again, like a child’s understanding of mortality.

Also her cancer free boomerang thing. And when people asked her what she thinks will happen after, she said 'Then I will be cancer free' (followed by that strange Tiffany giggle). And when she kept saying to Matt in the car 'It will just take a little bit longer. Just a bit longer to be cancer free'. And when she said people kept DMing her asking her why she keeps saying she will be cancer free and how can she know she will be cancer free. To which she responded: 'The doctors never said I'm incurable'.

Ann - some of your observations sound pretty accurate but your cancer theory doesn’t check out. We’ve heard her be told by the surgeon how serious it is on an actual video clip so unless someone’s impersonating him in the hospital, she really has the T4B tumor. That tumor is always serious so that disproves the part about her milking a less serious cancer. It’s quite a massive leap or conspiracy to suggest that footage was faked, so I can’t get behind that at all, but that’s what would have to happen for you to be right.

your observations about her personality seem kinda accurate, but definitely not your theory about her cancer. The few facts we actually have from the footage tells us her cancer is no joke, and her life is at stake. Even just the surgeon’s few words said a whole lot “yes, it’s quite a brutal surgery. I feel bad telling you this because you’re so young and lovely”...
