there are 2 private rooms on the Ellis Ward which I believe is not a private ward. They are for infection control. Do you know the decor of these rooms? I don't think she is private. If she is fine with me.
If she is its fine with you? Are you her mother? Boss? You do say the most bizarre things.

---

Hope you’re ok Saydee. I think of you often ❤
Yes I agree … it’s very amusing like true light hearted comedy 🤣
I'm ok thanks Daisy ;)
It's mad that people think and 'speak' like T is currently in hospital. The fact that she is putting 'bonus' videos out shows her intention. She could have released all her footage in one go, but chose to release it as breadcrumbs. While she is at home probably busy watching winter love island. Her videos reduced during the summer because she said her and matt watch love island. Love Island winter started a couple of weeks ago here in the UK.

---

Gosh does it make me a bad person if I'm just not interested anymore? I mean I've stuck with this to see how she fared in the end and the outcome of the surgery because I had so much time invested in her story but I just can't keep watching these when they seem to serve no other purpose than to draw everything out and draw people in with clickbait. She hasn't even let anyone know how she's ACTUALLY doing now, over a month after surgery. I didn't watch this "bonus" thing but was there a point to it that wasn't already covered in other videos? What is going on here? How do all those "fans" not question any of this? I guess they are just happy to see her face, I don't know 🤷‍♀️
No it doesn't make you a bad person, not at all.
There is no purpose to her current videos.
She got her private room and was then all smiles. Back to recording at 4am in the middle of the night ;) She couldn't do that on the ward. The moment she got her private room, she was back to recording during the night. Its the Tiffany show.
Why put one video out and get one lot of cash per view? Split it into many and get payments for each video.
Yesterday she said she had detoxed from social media, her family, her t thinks family and in the next breath she says she is happy that she is filming because it helps her feel close to her "t thinks family".

Those warda are based on the nightingale design it's true but from a nursing perspective- especially when staffing levels are kiw- they are far safer and more efficient than small bays or single rooms. It's much easier to keep an eye and react quickly.

The real problem is bed blocking due to a lack of social care and supported housing ( which limits bed availability). Most of the disruption that happens on wards is due to disoriented, often elderly patients who have completely disordered sleep patterns and therefore keep the whole ward awake at night .

After my last major surgery I was in a 5 bedded ward with three other women recovering from surgery for cancer, and one poor soul who had been on the ward almost 2 months after a hip replacement ( overspill from ortho ward) with no suitable place to be discharged to. She was calling out a woman's name all night long, trying to get out if bed ( often getting tangled in her catheter, which seemed to be in place only so the nurses weren't constantly taking her to the bathroom or giving her a bed pan. ) Once out with the physios she was off like a whippet. But she was given sedatives, had the bed guards up and was sometimes tied to those with bandages. There just wasn't the care needed there for her.
She wouid sleep during the day then keep us awake all night and it was hell. Wasn't her fault however. I had ear plugs which helped a little.

I'm sure the whole situation is worse 7 yrs later . So many care homes were closed during and after covid after so many residents died and staff got much harder to retain.
Gosh yes SueB you have made such valid points. The whole situation is way worse than it was 7 years ago.
I experienced visiting my mum on the ward in hospital for breast cancer surgery 8 years ago. I was lucky because I worked at the hospital so I was able to pop up to the ward and see her before work, during my lunch break and when I finished work. Mum had a couple of bad nights sleep due to patients being admitted into the ward during the night, but overall her whole experience was great. Mum was diagnosed on a Tuesday and had surgery 8 days later! Chemo after she had healed from surgery and then radiotherapy followed. A quick and smooth experience.
My husband on the other hand? Missed diagnosis due to the GP ignoring suspicious symptoms because he believed my husband was far too young to have cancer. An 18 week wait to put a specialist team of surgeons together for the surgery, because he was diagnosed during the summer six week school holidays and many of the surgeons needed wasn't available. Long waits for CT scans. He was on 12 weekly scans, and lots of times the results would come after 7 or 8 weeks (due to the lack of radiographers to report on the scans) by the time we got his scan results, we only had to wait a few more weeks until the next scan was due!!
Most patients and their carers/loved ones in the support groups I use have and are experiencing the same things.
For sure the situation has most definitely changed, and even more so since covid.
I know on T's videos many people couldn't understand why T had to wait a few weeks for results, and I always knew that they must not live in the UK, otherwise they would be aware of the waits involved.

I'm checking out (of watching her vlogs). But still gonna come to TattleLand for sure.

Just like Matt. Checked out and sitting in the corner of the room.

This vlog titled This is My Cancer Story and she about started to explain her cancer story and then stopped short to say "you know what, let's not talk about this right now."

That’s what I think too thank you ! Sure I have to say that I don’t understand very well that situation with many people in the same ward like in a war hospital … In France everything is free, the worst room you can have is a room of two, there are many many private rooms and if you want one you have to pay an extra but it’s really cheap, if there is no shortage of private rooms you can even have one without paying much, but if there is no private rooms available even if you want to pay you cannot go in a private room … Even in ICU each patient is in a clear plastic cube so nurses can see through it at all times and can draw curtains if privacy is needed. So apart from the noises coming from the machines it’s not that noisy.
I agree that even one noisy neighbor can be difficult but hey why should they care about her mental health more than the mental health of people who are dying ? I am sorry to say but the people who are dying and their relatives should be the one to get access to a private room ! Not her ! See how she is immediately happy because she got what she wanted … She threw a tantrum like a little princess I am really sorry for her that wards are like that in UK but people who are dying should be the ones who get a private room ! I am shocked …

---

Yes I thought those wards with 6 or 9 people could only be found in developing countries or in war hospitals … Sorry for you guys two in the same room is already too much sometimes, so 6 wow I can’t imagine !!!… But if that’s the same situation for everyone then the people dying and their relatives should be the ones who have access to private rooms first … Obviously if she had c diff it’s different but she didn’t know that initially …
When I had my first baby in 69 I had a roommate in the labor room and three people in the regular room but they weren’t called wards. USA East Coast

How dreadful poor woman 😪. It seems to be utterly pot luck, in the same year (2008) my father went to his GP about some minor thing, the GP noticed he was anemic and sent him for a scope, they found cancerous polyps, removed them and he has been fine since. And things are so much worse now with GPs ...
These last two weeks I’ve had a stubborn UTI and had two different experiences. One was in an urgent care clinic and the doctor didn’t even examine me. The second was in the health center near my home and I was treated beautifully.I live in low income neighborhood in The western US. Here it depends what state you live in and what kind of insurance you have but mostly what state you live in

I can’t watch her vlogs anymore, only the tiniest of snippets.

I can’t believe how long she’s stringing this hospital stay out on her YouTube. It will go on forever and it’s unbelievably dull. I laughed at the ‘bonus’ one. In case people weren’t bored enough, here’s more of the same.

I think almost all of her ‘loving Tiffany thinks family’ are mentally subnormal and they will lap up any inane crap from her, without question.

Jan. 29th Krocks in the Kitchen having a special live stream celebrating 100,000 subs. Not sure how much medical will be discussed but happy for them that they reached this while Jessica was in surgery. I am sure for Jessica this is a welcome distraction in an otherwise long recovery week with some ups and downs. I say whatever gets you thru surgery and recovery and treatment is okay with me...including Tiffany. At the rate things are going not sure Tiffany will reach 100,000 with no real new content or up to date info.

She's only a couple thousand away, she'll get there eventually. I'm wondering what will happen when she does. Is there another YT milestone after 100k or is that what most of the content creators strive for? Any other incentives to growing more than that other than views? I'm honestly surprised she hasn't reached 100k yet with the amount of views some of her videos get, maybe a sign that at least half the people watching just don't care enough to subscribe or don't want to support with this type of drawn out content?

i see her at 93.6 so that is a distance from 100,000 with no real new content. Her downfall is not getting views because they are off the charts but as mentioned she can't turn that into a sub. In fact I think many "viewers" like myself are former subs and those that will never sub. I think YT gives content creators or influencers etc. some numbers and her ratio of views vs subs is really bad. Unless she does some blitz with a well known vlogger that links her channel and says to go and sub today I don't think the 100,000 is coming real soon.

If she were to be promoted by another channel just to get subs and I follow that channel I would unfollow that channel immediately. I've already unfollowed all of them except 2 I believe, because this whole "cancer influencer" community is getting a bit...I don't know the word I'm looking for...but it's leaving a bad impression on me with the way some are acting and reacting lately.
And I agree her sub to view ratio is horrible, that should at least tell you something. The clickbait and shock value thumbnails are working but her content is just ehh and not very informative for a cancer channel. But maybe the views are all she cares about, that's what pays, right?

another number they look at that I think she is bad at is time viewed...ie some creators make a big point of leaving the real info for the last few minutes so you tend to watch the whole thing not sure exactly when it will come...then they make the pitch for subs. There are actually managers and coaches some get to work with them on all these tricks. It is pretty obvious on some channels. ONe such channel was TOO CUTE FOR CANCER who has actually had to change the name of the channel given no more cancer content. She was off the charts with products etc. I agree that a bad impression is left with too much promotion. AS to exactly what pays not really sure views/subs/time ?

I've not watched anything of hers since the surgery. I knew I could read here to see what she's posting. I can't stand watching her vlogs anymore. Thank you for allowing this.
I am glad she seems to be recovering but I knew she wouldn't post anything meaningful about her situation.
Same. I refuse to contribute to the number of views for any of her videos.

Yes to all of this. Her subs are pathetic weirdos.

I'm not going to her channel at all either. Doesn't sound like I'm missing anything. A bit anticlimactic at this point since we all know she must be fine seeing as how she's now uploading and dragging out her hospital stay videos almost a month after being discharged. I'm glad she seems to be healthy enough to edit and upload, although who really knows. I suppose her subs will find out about it a month from now.

Has anyone had a look at the # of dislikes on her videos lately, has that improved since she began her hospital series?

It is beyond ridiculous what she is doing. For god's sake, just post one video with a summary of the whole thing and move on. Her dragging the whole thing like this just evidences the fact that we have been right about her from the start. Raising awareness my ass.
She had lots of likes on that first hospital video. I also don't wanna go on her channel to give her views. Someone has previously mentioned how to watch youtube videos without giving the channels views but I did not save the method unfortunately. I seem to remember it was either you @suzeq or maybe @MissB123 ?

I can't watch T's 'cancer' vlogs now. Also just seen Naomi's (SurvivingSupportingSisterhood) devastatingly honest update about her own situation and her plea for funds for some life-prolonging treatment and it made me cry. Tiffany's vlogs now leave me totally cold, I'm afraid. She's played around with her supporters for too long, plus we all know very well that she's been at home for many weeks now and is in a better state than we're seeing thrice-weekly on YT.

I felt so sorry for her in September, after her "no surgery" video. I couldn't even imagine at that time that i would feel almost indifferent to her in a few months. She did so much to change my initial (positive) opinion of her.

I think you're right on both counts (good memory!), I think @MissB123 first shared links for me to alternate websites to view both YT as well as another to view IG accounts without logging in. I've since then shared them here myself.

Here are options for YT, except, I only believe it avoids ads, but does not avoid being considered a view count. From what I can gather, you need a YT downloader to do that.

These options avoid ads while watching YT:

Here is the link for options to view IG accounts without logging in:

I would never have imagined feeling indifferent to her either or choosing to bypass her video uploads without any problem.

Thank you, will check out Naomi's vlogs, so sorry to read about her circumstances.

Beneficial changes that I've experienced since stumbling onto the TT channel are that:

1) I know a lot more about colorectal cancer now than ever before and am far more familiar with symptoms and treatment approaches that may ultimately benefit me or someone around me. Not due to Tiffany, but, instead, from my migration over here;

2) thanks to this loving TL family, I've now been exposed to many other cancer channels that are so sincere and open that I want to follow along and support them in their cancer journeys; I can appreciate them all the more after having been exposed to so much obfuscation by Tiffany;

3) as others have said, I've so enjoyed TL, not only as a clarifying and educational source (imagine that and on Tattle no less [I can see you reading this appalled and aghast, @BettyCrockerr ]!), but as a bright and comic relief spot in my days, as well (and yes, that also includes you @BettyCrockerr ). :ROFLMAO: This place does not blindly follow anyone or any information, but asks challenging, critical questions. It demands truth and honesty. It keeps us all on our toes which is really important for critical thinking, we need to work with a solid premise, and it has been required here with so many people weighing in and critically evaluating content or assertions. I can respect that. A good reminder that varying and differing opinions aren't a bad thing at all. No blind sheep over here on TL. 💙; and

4) I am much more familiar with how YT algorithms and IG operate. I've apparently crawled out of my Luddite fugue and now been exposed to the workings of SM moreso than ever before thanks to very helpful members. I hope to run into a 5 year old soon in order to show off my competitive SM competencies now.
