Im wearing my xmas dog pj’s in homage to “our girl”. Btw I was laughing at how Darling bought her one of her fav chocolate bars and she didn't remember ever eating one before. His perplexed look said it al. She fake like things to make him feel adored.

I think she is less educated than we all think and she is just a blithering idiot on so many health subjects concerning herself. We really have to accept it, she is just such a simpleton.

Scrambled eggs ! I thought Darling made the best eggs! High protein and very easily digested.

This soap opera is very long. Now today is december 1, they wouldn't have set a firm surgery date if it's this month? That seems really incredible. She doesn't even really say what's the procedure being done? I mean non educational is one thing, but this is a guessing game drama.

What struck me ( apart from another rapid recovery) is how quickly she got seen: my local hospital has people queueing out the door day and night. She might not have been so keen to flit to A/E if she lived around here!

Codeine is one hellavuh drug!! But probably better than morphine at the mo?

Tiffany doesn’t have an appetite… she should chug down smoothies instead better for digestion.

She does have them at home. She even says in the latest video that she takes them (whether she actually takes them is debatable).

Every time I think one of Ts vlogs is the weirdest yet, she posts another one even weirder. As we've all said, no way is she prepared physically or mentally for her surgery. Her eating habits are atrocious. Did anyone catch Matt telling her to put some potatoes on her plate? All we ever see is her nibbling. She's got a real eating problem and it didn't just start with her cancer.
Her recent bouts of pain, tiredness, nd vomiting are NOT a good sign. And I'm 100% sure she has a surgery date but she's withholding the info as usual.

I hate to go there, but I wonder if she exaggerated the nausea and pain to cover for missing the appointment with the surgeon.

This is precisely what I thought.

It's possible that even the throwing up on the day of the appointment was staged.

I don't believe she had ever missed any appointments or scans in the past - when she was really unwell during chemo or radiation.

All of a sudden she's unable to meet a surgeon who's going to be saving her life, having previously stated that she doesn't want to meet them or know what the surgery involves.

any mention of friends have dwindled over this year and she did say she has lost friends as a result of the diagnosis...it does happen. In her case I imagine they got tired of not getting any straight updates and all the baby talk etc.

agree she has that date...Matt has even gotten time off work etc. These surgeons must be willing to go ahead even with her weight as it will not be getting higher before surgery...in fact it will most certainly be going down more. I just don't see how she will get thru this. I think Amma knows the risks involved here...the look on her face is so sad.

She loves talking about vomiting. And she loves filming herself rushing into A&Es and talking about her pain. Reminds me of that video where poor Amma was frantically driving her to the hospital (for the c diff) and Tiffany was filming herself the whole time! Whilst in excruciating pain (as she told us).
One minute she vomits and is in horrible pain, and in the next one she is back to eating fried foods and her usual sugary junk crap.
I cannot take this seriously anymore. It's just one ridiculous drawn out soap opera.

Until this video I didn't agree with the assessment that she wasn't going to have the surgery. Now I'm on board with that. She is not prepared mentally or physically and continues to act in bizarre ways (I'm already sick of her talking about Christmas and it's only December 1).
I don't think she wants the surgery. If that's the case, I respect her decision since it's her body and her life. I'd personally make a different decision b/c I'm in my 30s and would want to buy as much times as possible with my family.
It just is sad that she seems to be stringing everyone along rather than to just own her decision.

I totally understand how you and many others get to this conclusion, but I must say I actually believe as despicable as it is that she is twisting people emotions inside out, she is actually not as acutely unwell as she likes to make out. This is demonstrated in so many ways from her ability to recover so fast; VLOG, laugh, eat, dance not to mention the tests attended while she was just in the ER including professional consultation by a specialist, bloods, X-ray and general obs … Tiffany is some stage queen!
I think the surgery will go ahead and the real meltdown will occur on the other side of that event.
I’m sure the camera will not take precedence over the stoma/s, let’s see.

Has some saline and codeine and then goes home? Why not take codeine and some saline at home if T knew what was needed? Says the Oramorphe is whats making her vomit? Like I said yesterday, everytime she takes morphine she feels sick, vomits and sleeps for the day. As do many cancer patients, hence why they have access to Metoclopermide.
Instead its another visit to the hospital for Tiffany. Laying in a&e saying shes just gonna have a little sleep, chatting nonsense into a camera.If she was truely unwell she would have been admitted.
I'd say that she is reading Tattle too. Heard her say she didn't want matt and Amma going with her because the hospital staff don't like too many, with her being an ADULT. She's repeating whats been discussed here.

I've only experienced true unbearable pain a couple of times, each of those times are etched in my mind. I will not forget them, and I can 100% say that during those periods of pain, I was in no fit state to pick up a camera and vlog. True "excruciating" pain? I'd expect no updates from T and an update when she is out of pain.
Excrutiating pain that requires a trip to A&E and a loved one needing to pack an over night bag for her? Hospital has become T's second home, her personal vlogging studio.

Yeah, what happened to the eggs? Potatoes, potatoes, potatoes. A 7 course meal could be put in front of her. She ferrets out the potato and takes a nibble.

One more thing. I know folks have been suspecting she is dramatizing these trips to the ER then bouncing back so completely. Faking is possible I guess, but don't forget we are also dealing with possible mental problems along with the use of opiods. The last thing a "normal" person would want is a video of themselves in agonizing pain, let alone them doing the filming. So then they give her powerful meds which take away the pain and also give her a high. A perfect recipe for wildly fluctuating moods.

I don't think she's faking. I do think a you tube addiction, coupled with a serious cancer diagnosis has strongly contributed to a neuroses which could be her complete undoing.

That bit of her being in pain in the car AND filming herself (and talking to a nurse [?] on the phone) is unbelievable. Noone in their right mind would do that. Yes, everyone else would put down the camera and then give an update when they are better. What is even the point of this nonsensical vlog? What's the point of telling us they are doing blood tests, x rays, urine tests, etc, when she does not reveal what the tests showed anyway? Or what the doctors said? That's the only thing we are interested in.

She is sat in ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY < where is the accident and emergency?? Sat on the bed talking crap. At the 8 minute mark she bodly says that when she was first diagnosed, she refused surgery and was going to refuse treatment. WHAT?? I thought when she was diagnosed the consultant told her she was inoperable and only her current surgeon offered her surgery? While she is'off her head' she is spouting that she refused surgery when she was first diagnosed.

I have so lost track of everything said on here because of the tidal wave of (mainly excellent) comments!! but all I can say is lost all sympathy when I saw the potato scene because of whoever pointed out the airfryer ad the other day on here.

You cannot be earnestly gravely ill and posting ads, let alone premeditated ones. I'm sorry but those two things are not mutually exclusive you might as well *vomit* into a sponsored bin!!

chocolate scene was also so weird! How do you forget the things you used to eat, that is not a thing! Especially when you eat nothing!! The mind boggles

Also just imagine the brazen confidence involved in making this a vlogmas video! I can't even get my head around it...for someone whose entire personality is making Christmas seem like a cozy, comfy dreamy Gonkland, this feels like violence! The absolute clash between the A&E scenes and the advent calendar opening ones...I cannot! Get this woman an editor....and not the fluffy fox!

Maybe Munchausen syndrome. She has always been ill (all those 'tummy' operations in the past) and has been babied and was given a lot of attention because of that. Yes she has cancer and it's serious but I bet she uses her illnesses to get what she wants. Maybe she makes herself sick (morphine on an empty stomach, which she knows is an issue) to go back to the cozy position in which she is spoilt and babied. In addition, it serves her in terms of avoiding the bigger issue - the surgery and the preparation for it.
