I really hate that I'm commenting here. I've been following Tiffany for about 9 months but lately more and more alarm bells are ringing so I found this thread. I just never assumed Tiffany would have a tattle thread. Anyway, what brought me here are these things:

- her eating issues are becoming more apparent, especially because she was told to gain weight. She's known about surgery for months now so she could have been gaining weight for months. It's not that difficult to gain weight if you are using nutritional drinks properly. There are so many fattening foods she's not eating.
- (something petty) the white nail polish despite her sister encouraging her to get another colour. I'm just mentioning this because it shows how nervous she gets about the unknown
- her awkward relationship with Matt and the weird repetitive interactions they have (I'm very autistic and even I can see this)
- she is taking the sick role and reverting to childhood habits which is understandable given her situation, but her vlogs are hard to take seriously. She is never urging subscribers to know the signs of bowel cancer and get checked etc. She is not really raising awareness or being encouraging to others going through cancer. She only mentions encouraging others if she's trying to sell her jumpers
- I've become very confused about her treatment story. I was with her 100% when she was having chemo and radiation, but nothing makes sense any more. She is not having the right emotions to surgery being so delayed. I would be angry and in full on self advocacy mode if a doctor delayed my surgery, wrongly told me to watch and wait, left me without treatment for months and still can't give me surgery date
- when you are in pain like that, you take your meds at home, get a banana (or something) to fill your stomach, lay down with a hot water bottle and keep fluids up so you don't dehydrate. Where have her water bottles gone? Why doesn't she know how to take her medication, alternate between paracetamol and ibuprofen and stronger meds when necessary? Why is Amma having to syringe her meds? I am the same age as T with health issues. The idea of my mother syringing my meds is foreign to me
- why doesn't she have a GP? A few vlogs ago when she visited emergency last, she talked about not wanting to see her GP becayse they don’t know what's going on. A GP should be part of her medical team and know everything about her. She should be checking in with a GP every couple of weeks/ at least every month for the additional support she needs that her specialists can't offer and to get additional referrals to allied health
- why doesn't she see allied health professionals? A physio could have helped her learn basic strengthening activities. A dietician could have been helping her gain weight and keep it on. She should be getting psychology or counselling.

Well I didn't think I'd be writing such a long post and I really feel bad about it. I just have so many questions that so many others here are asking and I hope she can prove us all wrong, get through the surgery and become cancer free. I really want the best for her.

Here's my comment on the thread about post surgery care before it gets nuked:

'All of you that are offended by this comment are part of the massive problem with this channel. You keep Tiffany's head in the clouds, thinking this will all be sunshine and rainbows. You let her waste her time talking about nonsense and Christmas, call her cute for her disordered eating of tiny bites of food. Doesn't it concern you that she prioritises YOU over preparing for this surgery?! Why don't you all encourage her to put the camera down and pick up some weights? Go for a walk around the park, a swim with Matt. You eat up this vlogmas crap which is taking away the most important prep time. You're all enablers and I don't know how you can stomach it.'

I watched the majority of this vlog. It really is a dreadful situation.

She is clearly very mentally unwell in all kinds of ways - a possible eating disorder, unable to cope with anything on her own, constant need for attention, praise and love, compulsive lying, revisionist thinking, obsession with her 100K subscribers, regressive behaviour and a total inability to cope with harsh realities.

I was even wondering if she was actually in pain or if it was a way of avoiding the surgery or at least to justify why she failed to make her second specialist appointment recently.

She just can't be trusted.

A psychiatrist would have a field day with her.

Matt is probably appalled by what he has got himself into, poor lad. He is locked in until she either has the surgery and is well into recovery or she dies.

Amma, who has brought Tiffany up and knows her inside out, must be utterly heartbroken seeing this scenario play out. She is helpless as she watches the marked deterioration in her daughter both physically and mentally whilst knowing there is nothing she can do to change Tiffany at this stage.

I'm baffled by the food she chooses to eat. A couple of years ago I was in ER with severe stomach pain, it was so severe that I pinched my thighs to be distracted by another pain. Turned out a gallstone blocked my bile ducts. I had surgery and came back home, Doctor told me to eat bland food, so I ate steamed chicken breasts/fish, cooked rice, white bread, porridge, cooked carrots. I was on this diet for a very long time, longer than I should be because I was so afraid of this excruciating pain to come back, I was doing everything not to upset my stomach. I'm shocked that yesterday she was in pain in ER and today she's eating takeaway, it honestly doesn't make any sense. Is she lying about the amount of pain that she's in? Something is not right here.

Summing up...
Worryingly we start with Matt shouting "HA". This can only mean one thing - someone has frightened Matt with vaginas. Who was it? And what on earth happened just before he screamed in fright?
TT is beyond thrilled that her, Darling and Amma went to Tesco last night. TT and Darling were swept away by an ironing board - WOW. Everyone get to Tesco pronto to admire the selection of ironing boards. TT of course had to look at tree decorations. Put that gingerbread decoration down TT, I have those, they are mine. Don't worry though because they found a gonk one. She's bound to make Amma go back for it because Amma loves running chores. TT did manage to find wrapping paper to match the Christmas tree, and Amma's outfit, bonus. Please tell me she plugged her merch in Tesco? Oh yes, she did, well done TT for your outfit explanation.
The next morning TT is in a hectic tizz trying to prepare the house for guests. WHERE IS THE BULLET JOURNAL? Nobody panic though because she's putting a pastry in the air fryer, again. Following doctors orders on her bland diet, tick, tick, tick.
Now there are presents to wrap and many candles to light, more darling exchanges and food to prepare. A quick change of Christmas pajamas into Christmas gonk t-shirts and we're ready a detailed explanation of how to make a salad. TT shows us what an onion looks like.
The guests arrive and are happy to be on film. They're drunk.
TT nibbles on a salty ball, Mmmmmm.
Guests gone it's time to relax and make hot chocolate which isn't actually hot chocolate but nobody will notice. Darling confirms this after a taste test but firstly we, thank you baby Jesus, have a repeated list of ingredients and video explanation of how to warm milk in a pan. TT decides she's a hot chocolate fan - Mmmmmm. Darling keeps shouting HA so although we don't see any vagina moments on film they have been edited out for health and safety reasons.

I particularly cringed at the bit in the supermarket where she had balanced her phone on a stack of something and then obviously said 'OK, all three of us just need to walk along now chatting and looking at the stuff.' Never seen such an awkward piece of footage. The whole thing is just WEIRD. Also in any normal family gathering just before somebody had major life-altering surgery, somebody would normally, erm, mention it. Is the whole family in some sort of weird mass denial?

Full of "yummy yummy yummy". She made Amma make her juice, and Matt made her breakfast. Nibbling on chocolate for half the video.

The most important thing - Tiffany and Matt most likely rehearsed this dialogue before they filmed it:

Matt: In all these years you've never given me a calendar on Christmas.
Tiffany: Yeah, in all 5 years.

The word “vomit” is up there with moist for me in words that make me cringe. So that vlog was hard.

She loves talking about vomiting. And she loves filming herself rushing into A&Es and talking about her pain. Reminds me of that video where poor Amma was frantically driving her to the hospital (for the c diff) and Tiffany was filming herself the whole time! Whilst in excruciating pain (as she told us).
One minute she vomits and is in horrible pain, and in the next one she is back to eating fried foods and her usual sugary junk crap.
I cannot take this seriously anymore. It's just one ridiculous drawn out soap opera.

Some of you here are legit insane.
Yeah she’s annoying but she’s a cancer patient with a massive tumour in her bowel. If she has pain on one side it completely justifies going to A&E to make sure it’s not an obstruction. A bowel obstruction can cause imminent death. It’s really alarming to me the amount of cancer patients in this forum who are telling her to manage her pain by alternating different medications. For new pain? Really? Of course she needs it checked.

Also- two Surgeon appointments detailing how they will internally mess you up in different hospitals in one day is a lot for any person never mind a sick person. The last time she was in pain she had cdiff. I’m not a fan by any stretch of the imagine check my history posts, but some people here are haters and should put themselves in a cancer patients shoes before life humbles you.

She only went to one surgeon appt and then went home because she was nauseated....but felt well enough to film and vlog the rest of the day? She skipped out on the second appointment - an appointment that could determine life and death and her future. An appointment that she needed to go to in order to book her upcoming surgery. But no - instead she chose to go home and vlog. That is what I would consider "INSANE".

how can it be 5, almost 6 years? she made this video 4 years ago. It is entitled "boyfriend motivates me". She mentions Tiroy at 13:28. Tiroy was still her boyfriend 4 years ago. Even if she broke up with him shortly after, she hasn't been going out with Matt for more than 4 years.

Hilarious she felt the need to mention it though, that was so awkward!!

I'm sure she has a rational explanation. Perhaps there is a 2-year delay on her videos going out, just like with Vlogmas?

In this video she states around 2:00 mark that she and Tiroy broke up around August 2018. But then at 8:12 she basically says she is still single. So in May 2019 Tiffany was almost definitely single. Max she has been with Matt could be 3 years 6 months. She lied when she did the newspaper article interview and she lied in tonight's vlog.
