Like someone said above (at the end of the last thread), we are talking about two different things. In this video, she was talking about her initial diagnosis, not the July/August watch and wait time. She refers to the Tea with Tiffany thinks video where she discussed her diagnosis and how she felt at the beginning of the journey as if she didn't want any treatment.
If it's true that she's twice turned down life saving, top quality treatment at the Marsden, I've lost a lot of sympathy for her
I don't know how it keeps getting weirder and weirder but it does????
I honestly think she is very close to being terminal. It's so sad. I don't think she wants the surgery. I think she would rather die than live with the side effects of the surgery. Maybe she is trying to make lots of money on Youtube to help look after Amma if/when she passes away. I wouldn't be surprised if she suffers a blockage soon.

The word “vomit” is up there with moist for me in words that make me cringe. So that vlog was hard.
My question is when was she in severe pain? At this point it feels a bit like she likes the attention and the situation of being "rushed" to hospital
I watched the majority of this vlog. It really is a dreadful situation.
She is clearly very mentally unwell in all kinds of ways - a possible eating disorder, unable to cope with anything on her own, constant need for attention, praise and love, compulsive lying, revisionist thinking, obsession with her 100K subscribers, regressive behaviour and a total inability to cope with harsh realities.
I was even wondering if she was actually in pain or if it was a way of avoiding the surgery or at least to justify why she failed to make her second specialist appointment recently.
She just can't be trusted.
A psychiatrist would have a field day with her.
Matt is probably appalled by what he has got himself into, poor lad. He is locked in until she either has the surgery and is well into recovery or she dies.
Amma, who has brought Tiffany up and knows her inside out, must be utterly heartbroken seeing this scenario play out. She is helpless as she watches the marked deterioration in her daughter both physically and mentally whilst knowing there is nothing she can do to change Tiffany at this stage.

I predict cosy matching pj's which Darling can't wait to get into. No really he loves them. He said so once, when TT asked him six million times if he did and if he was cosy enough. Maybe the matching slippers will make an appearance. You know, those ones Darling hated on sight but gave up protesting about them after the third degree under a spotlight about if he was going to return them.
There will be the inevitable Christmas tree tit, sorry I mean shot - and probably an hour of TT debating with Darling which room they're going to pretend eat in.
Darling will look thrilled throughout which desperately hoping that vaginas aren't mentioned.

It would be truly fascinating to know what’s really going on here, because I have no doubt we know about 1%.
I think this is going to kill her too, I don’t like to be so blunt about it but her pathological denial is like no other. There is no way she’s having that surgery I just can’t believe it. She is doing anything and everything to avoid it, despite knowing she will certainly die without it. I feel like there’s so much more going on that we don’t even know we don’t know. If that makes sense.

It makes perfect sense.
I hate to go there, but I wonder if she exaggerated the nausea and pain to cover for missing the appointment with the surgeon. She did suggest on another vlog that she can make herself vomit at will. It's also suspect that she doesn't have anti-nausea meds at home. What cancer patient doesn't have anti-nausea meds always at hand?
there has to be "so much more going on" I mean this just is impossible to watch and understand. Amma should refuse to continue to shoot when she asks her to ie "I;m going to sleep" etc. I mean really.
the Darling Matt story certainly is a mystery. I looked back and the first year she did Vlogmas was last year...and Matt left shortly before Christmas to be with family in Ireland. The year prior 2020 not a mention of Matt or anyone in her Vlog showing all of her presents like a small child. She went thru each one...I have yet to see an adult that interested in presents and Christmas. So Matt has really not been around any longer than 2 years if that. If he was, she never mentioned him and he was not anywhere to be seen Christmas 2020. She did not mention him either. I don't think they even had a full year before the cancer diagnosis. I am quite impressed with the YT family most of whom have told her to put the camera down.

I just watched and rather wish I hadn't as I'm currently ill and watching somebody say VOMITING repeatedly is not helping. I am struck by the total food ignorance of all three of them. When a doctor advises 'bland' food, my understanding of that is clear soup, boiled potatoes, maybe a steamed chicken breast, a banana, a plain yoghurt. Wtf have air fried potatoes, coconut desserts, chocolate and olives got to do with a Bland diet? Why do they just keep on eating crap? Don't they want her to have the best chance of recovery?
