I think she is less educated than we all think and she is just a blithering idiot on so many health subjects concerning herself. We really have to accept it, she is just such a simpleton.
She loves talking about vomiting. And she loves filming herself rushing into A&Es and talking about her pain. Reminds me of that video where poor Amma was frantically driving her to the hospital (for the c diff) and Tiffany was filming herself the whole time! Whilst in excruciating pain (as she told us).
One minute she vomits and is in horrible pain, and in the next one she is back to eating fried foods and her usual sugary junk crap.
I cannot take this seriously anymore. It's just one ridiculous drawn out soap opera.
Impossible situation on all levels. I’m reading comments and just at a loss as to how this tragic situation is unfolding. The one thing that I can’t get out of my head is how incredibly clingy she’s become with Matt and Ama. More so than ever before. The fear within her is clear to see. I can see it in her eyes. I hope I’m wrong but this isn’t going to end well and end soon it will. 🥲

Another sign that Tiffany is aware of everything that's said here is how in today's video she translated Amma as saying "Mum says she doesn't watch my YouTube videos ...and that's fine" Seemed totally out of context except in response to what we've questioned on here recently (how can she say not telling Amma details protects her. surely she watches and therefore knows)

I totally understand how you and many others get to this conclusion, but I must say I actually believe as despicable as it is that she is twisting people emotions inside out, she is actually not as acutely unwell as she likes to make out. This is demonstrated in so many ways from her ability to recover so fast; VLOG, laugh, eat, dance not to mention the tests attended while she was just in the ER including professional consultation by a specialist, bloods, X-ray and general obs … Tiffany is some stage queen!
I think the surgery will go ahead and the real meltdown will occur on the other side of that event.
I’m sure the camera will not take precedence over the stoma/s, let’s see.

I hate to say but I think the whole emergency thing was a ruse. I don't give a crap who gets mad at me anymore or who thinks that's "unholy" to say about a cancer patient. Yes I know she's ill, yes I know she has pain, but that did not seem sincere to me. At least not being in any kind of pain that would have warranted a trip and scans at the ER. I keep saying I checked out of this saga emotionally but really, she makes me angry. She is going to die if she doesn't get her tit together.
And seriously, WTF? The beginning of the video is her in severe pain and at hospital and then it goes into happy cheery Christmas lights and baby talk, at least to where I stopped watching in the middle. Who does this?
That's the other end of the spectrum. On one end she's so far gone but needs this surgery to live and is being stubborn, or we've all been played and she really isn't as ill as she says. And it's REALLY REALLY crappy of someone to make content where followers care about her and people even have to debate on one or the other!
And both can be true: She can be seriously ill but manufacturing this particular crisis for attention or whatever.
got to admit today has me wondering what is really going on.
One thing we can be sure of. If she lives,100% of the credit should go to the surgeons and doctors for their care. Tiffany's survival will be despite all of her actions, not because of them.
She has totally lost it. Her mental health is declining fast and the anxiety, stress is the biggest contributing factor to the physical pain and vomiting. She was absoutely fine doing Tik Toks practically skipping out of the hospital after the last procedure. It was her the meeting with the gynae surgeon that threw her into this state of panic.
This was confirmation that she's reading here, it was such a harsh and random cut. I'm sure people not on Tattle would've found it unrelated.
